Et hjem, hvor HJERTET OPHOLD !!! Charmerende 100 år gamle Butlerhouse Lejlighed. Denne historiske bygning har kun 9 boliger og sidder direkte på klitterne i Pass-a-Grille. rne property overal was antasuc, everything was nice and clean. The owner joan was the best ,we loved that we were right on the beach too. We would definitely go back to thiS place and would recommend anyone going to St. Pete beach to stay here you will absolutely love it

Retirement retreat

The location is perfect. The beach is lovely. 12 hour days of sun, sand and ciol refreshing water. Peaceful and restful is this place.

Quiet and Peaceful

If you are looking for a quiet, and peaceful place to stay with easy (and very cool) access to an equally peaceful beach, this is the place! There are no high rise buildings on this stretch of beach. The nearest restaurant/bar on the beach is a 25 Minute walk. Close enough to get to - far enough to keep foot traffic to a minimum.Joan is a great host. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was charming, clean, and well-equipped. The location is perfect and the beach was beautiful. Joan was wonderful and she was an exceptionally accommodating host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Perfect location

This is a perfect location on the beach. Away from crowds, secluded, but close to beach activities if that's what you are interested in. Highly suggest! Joan is the perfect host!

The stuff of memories

We had 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful part of the world, a stone's throw from the stunning pass-a-grille beach. Quiet and peaceful location but also close enough to walk to restaurants/bars each evening. Joan was a great host and happy to help, in any way she could.

I fell in love with this place and the town of Pass-a-Grille!!

Adorable home on a lovely street and beautiful access to the beach. The place is so cozy and functional and has everything you need for a great stay. Joan, the owner is outstanding and really cares about your experience at her place. The area is wonderful with resturants and shops and public transportation to take you around town (6 - person golf cart called the freebee) I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay!!

Super Location and Wonderful Host

We had a wonderful time at Butler House. The location to the beach can't be beat. The area was quiet and we had the beach to ourselves which we loved. Joan is awesome and so kind and just wants everyone to have a great time. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and had everything we needed. Thank you again Joan for sharing your piece of paradise, it's just what we needed.

Butler house

Are stay at Butler house in unit 3 was absolutely amazing. Beautiful furnishings and a sense of feeling at home the whole time we were there. John Walker is an amazing property manager with a sincere caring touch. Pass-a-grille beaches and Shell Key as well as Fort Desoto were spectacular.

Nice comfy, homey condo on the beach.

We really enjoyed this place. The condo is tastefully decorated and feels like a real home. It is located in a historic building, but has all the modern conveniences, including central air, cable and WiFi. It is only steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, where the sunsets are to die for! And you won't have to put up with traffic and crowds, because it is in a residential area. Joan was very hospitable, and we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.

Revitalization for the soul

I recently lost my husband in February. My grandparents lived across the street so I have fond memories as a toddler to young adult at this same beach. Joan made my stay so comfortable felt like home. It was just what my heart needed at this time. Will definitely be back

Butler House Vacation

Being our 4th stay in Pass-A-Grille, we thought we’d try something a little different off of the busiest part of the beach to something a little more private. It was so peaceful every day with nobody on top of you at the beach. Joan is the owner and, wow, what a sweetheart! And, she is on sight for any needs and she will even check in on you because she actually cares and is hands on. Bed was super comfy and the A/C rocks! Love, love, loved our stay and will definitely be back! Tony and Crystal

I've been blessed to live in Pass-a-Grille, in the Butlerhouse amid a ten block residential area of lovely homes and relatively private beachfront. I moved here from NYC many years ago. I work out of my home across the hall from this guest condo in a predominantly owner-occupied residential building. This is a blessed place, romantic, fun, restoring. Pass-a-Grille is a village community, a finger of land only one block wide, surrounded by the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico...., a haven from which you can explore the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida and enjoy myriad venues, visit theme parks, villages, shopping, museums, galleries, theatre, orchestra, sports, cafes along Tampa Bay and parks, recreation...and the most beautiful beach in the world. It's a mix of village and luxury, artists and attorneys, a unique community, a place that's very hard to leave. I can tell you.....I finally came to visit in 1982 and essentially, I never left..

This property sits on the dunes amid a ten block section of relatively private beachfront in a historic residential beach community. It is still a secret, perched on the beachfront just 9 blocks south of the historic Don Cesar Hotel, but a half mile from the Bayway and direct access to I-275. Besides enjoying a lively historic community with our own main street Pass-a-Grille, one can go to dinner and a concert in Clearwater, Tampa, or Sarasota and be home by midnight. Explore the beautiful communities and beaches and river cafes along the Gulf coast of Florida.
