Located in Nieva (Segovia), in the heart of Castilla y León, this 300 m² rural house is perfect for large groups of up to 15 guests. Surrounded by the landscapes of the Castilian plateau and just a few kilometers from Segovia—famous for its Roman Aqueduct, Alcázar, and Cathedral, all UNESCO World Heritage Sites—and close to the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, it’s the ideal base for exploring the region’s rural charm.



The house features 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a fully equipped private kitchen, aerothermal heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, TV with sports channels, a high chair, and 2 travel cots. The ground floor is adapted for guests with reduced mobility, and there’s an electric vehicle charging station on the property.



In the private garden, you can relax on the terrace, cool off in the private outdoor pool, and enjoy a barbecue. Explore the Castilian countryside with the quadricycles available for guests or have fun in the game room with ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, and karaoke.
