An absolute dream of a vacation rental—the enchanting new apartment “Himmel und Meer” (Sky and Sea) lives up to its name. Located right on the beach in the “Kalifornien” district of the Baltic Sea resort town of Schönberg, the north side of the apartment offers the most beautiful view of the Baltic Sea beach. The south-facing balcony offers sweeping views all the way to the Kiel Fjord, in addition to a side view of the adjacent Baltic Sea and plenty of sunshine.

Spanning a generous 84 square meters, the heart of the apartment is the cozy living-dining area, complete with an open kitchen featuring a kitchen island and access to the sunny balcony. There are also two sleeping areas (one with a double bed, one with a sleeper sofa), as well as a bathroom with a shower and an additional loggia with sliding window panels, so you can enjoy the scent of the Baltic Sea at any time. The living area is flooded with light and bright thanks to the balcony side, which consists entirely of windows. You can even see the sea through the window above the living room couch. There’s also an open loft where you can read and relax in style, with the best view you can imagine. Just let your mind wander and gaze at the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

“Sky and Sea” is located on a quiet residential street with little through traffic. You’ll have your own covered parking space in the backyard. In addition, the apartment complex features a shared bike storage room, so your bikes will be safe at all times.

Not far from the property, and within walking distance, are two bakeries, a small grocery store, a fish snack bar, an ice cream shop, and two restaurants.

A mini-golf course, bike rental, and the surf school are also just a few meters away.
