Newly renovated (completed in March 2026)

Living in a central location – Your 76 m² vacation apartment on Luisenstraße

Welcome to your spacious and comfortable vacation apartment in the heart of the city!
The 76 m² apartment is situated in a quiet location on the top floor (3rd floor) of a well-maintained building—and, of course, is easily accessible via the elevator, which is wheelchair-accessible.

Location & Surroundings

Enjoy the central location: You’re just a few steps away from Marienhöhe, the pedestrian zone, and the promenade. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Living & Relaxing

The bright, inviting living room is the perfect place to unwind—whether you’re reading, enjoying a cozy evening watching TV on the smart TV, or simply unwinding.

Two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and its own flat-screen TV, ensure restful nights and plenty of privacy.

Cooking & Dining

In the light-filled, fully equipped kitchen, start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee —either from the Nespresso machine or the drip coffee maker.
Everything you need is ready for home cooks: a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, and, of course, a dishwasher to take care of the dishes for you.

Bathroom & Comfort

The modern bathroom features both a walk-in shower and a cozy corner bathtub. Pleasant underfloor heating provides additional comfort.
A separate guest restroom is also available.

Balcony & Light

On the sunny balcony, you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the last rays of sunshine.
