The modern and spacious Eleganza vacation home in Glowe offers plenty of room for up to 9 people and one dog across 220 m² of living space. The centerpiece of the house is the light-filled living area, featuring a comfortable taupe leather sofa set, two reclining TV chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player. A brick fireplace with a glass front provides cozy warmth after eventful days on vacation. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing west offer a view of the garden pond and let in plenty of natural light, while an exterior awning ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The large dining table comfortably seats up to 9 guests. The separate kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, a spacious 220-liter refrigerator, and many other utensils for preparing meals together. A freezer is located in the adjacent utility room.
The three bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each with its own bathroom—one of which has a bathtub—and one also features a balcony facing the garden. The 2.20 x 2.00-meter bed in one of the rooms offers exceptional comfort. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. The children’s room in the attic (with two single beds) is accessed via a space-saving staircase and is equipped with a sunshade blind and a flat-screen TV. A second children’s room with a single bed is located on the upper floor.
Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house. Windows with UV-protective glass and easy-to-clean satin-finish surfaces in the bathrooms underscore the high-quality standard. A water softener also treats the hard water typical of Rügen.
