The apartment is located on the second floor of a stylish apartment building and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. You enter the building through a wrought-iron gate and are greeted by a direct view of the lake. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. The spacious sofa area in the living room invites you to relax, while the elegant gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, a closet, and nightstands, provide a restful place to sleep. One bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The apartment features two modern bathrooms, one of which includes a private sauna—perfect for a relaxing hour after a day by the water. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The large patio door in the living area immediately invites you out onto the terrace. From here, you have a direct view of Lake Malchow. The terrace features a comfortable seating area with armchairs, stools, and a table. Here, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or wind down in the evening. The lake is just 50 meters away, where you’ll also find the private boat dock available for all guests to use. There are swimming ladders at the dock for swimming in the lake. Fishing is also possible from the dock or at the surrounding lake access points.
