The detached Waldhirsch vacation home in the Via Claudia Haus 90 vacation village offers 100 m² of living space and a compelling vacation experience that appeals equally to families, couples, and nature-loving guests. The quiet, rural location in Lechbruck am See, surrounded by forests, lakes, and mountains, provides ideal conditions for a wide range of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and skiing. The lake, just 250 meters away, offers numerous opportunities for swimming, canoeing, rowing, surfing, or boat trips. Golf enthusiasts will also find a course about 4 kilometers away.

The house was last renovated in 2025 and combines modern, high-quality amenities with functional comfort. The kitchen area, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped for self-catering. In addition to a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. A dining table and a separate dining area provide a cozy setting for meals—either indoors or on the partially covered terrace with direct access to the garden and a view of the greenery. Barbecue enthusiasts will also find ideal conditions for relaxing outdoors, thanks to a charcoal grill and patio furniture.

In the living area, a wood-burning stove, along with underfloor heating and supplemental electric heating, ensure comfortable temperatures year-round. The seating areas, featuring a sofa nook and armchairs, invite you to linger. For entertainment, four satellite TVs and a radio are available; Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house for using digital media.

With a total of four rooms and three bedrooms, the house is designed to accommodate up to six guests. Two large double beds (over 180 cm wide) and two single beds offer restful sleeping comfort. Blackout curtains, privacy-screened windows, and practical amenities such as full-length mirrors, dressers, closets, and nightstands round out the offerings. The bedrooms feature vinyl flooring, while the living room has tile flooring.

The well-maintained bathroom, equipped with a shower (and bathtub) and a makeup mirror, is complemented by a separate guest restroom. For families traveling with children, a high chair and blackout curtains are available; babies are also welcome. A washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron ensure independence in daily life. Cleaning supplies are provided.

The property has two private parking spaces, including a carport. The vacation village itself is family-friendly and offers a quiet setting with plenty of recreational opportunities. Pets are welcome upon request (maximum of two). Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Smoke detectors and fire alarms ensure safety.

Shopping, restaurants, and numerous tourist attractions and sports facilities are conveniently located nearby, just a few minutes’ drive or walk away. We recommend having a car to fully explore the region’s diversity. Contactless check-in and check-out are available.
