Casa Tres Vistas - Fantastically beautiful vacation home with sea views in Costa Rica

Our vacation home, Casa Tres Vistas, is located in the heart of Costa Rica’s “Blue Zone,” offering a perfect mountain climate and a breathtaking view of the ocean and the countryside.

The region around Hojancha on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica is one of the world’s five Blue Zones, where the quality of life is exceptionally high. The canton of Hojancha is also known for being one of the safest areas in all of Costa Rica. Our Finca Tres Vistas, featuring our “Casa Tres Vistas,” is located in the mountains above the small county town of Hojancha at an elevation of 700 meters. By car, it takes just a few minutes to reach Hojancha and about 50 minutes to reach the most beautiful Pacific beaches, such as Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo. The climate on the property is pleasant year-round, so neither air conditioning nor heating is necessary. From the house and the pool, you can enjoy magnificent views of the Gulf of Nicoya, majestic mountain ridges, and—on a clear day—the Rincon de la Vieja, Tenorio, and Miravalles volcanoes on the horizon. Hence the name “Finca Tres Vistas.”

Thanks to the natural surroundings, you can observe many animals, such as a variety of birds—including parrots, butterflies, toucans, hummingbirds, and more. Little monkeys also regularly come to visit, scampering through the trees of the nearby grove. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy life.

Casa Tres Vistas features two spacious bedrooms and a very roomy bathroom with a double sink and toilet. In addition, the laundry and storage room features not only a washing machine but also a guest restroom with a sink. This makes it ideal not only for couples but also for a short family getaway. Our vacation home is fully equipped—kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, towels, etc., are all provided. Free parking is, of course, also available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Before using the pool, we ask that you use the indoor or pool shower for hygiene reasons and refrain from bringing drinks into the pool area! We’ve put a great deal of effort into furnishing the house with care and high-quality furnishings—not just for ourselves, but also for our guests. Therefore, we ask in advance that you treat everything with care. Should something break—which, of course, no one hopes for but can happen—please let us know. In that case, we’ll naturally have to charge you for the resulting damage.
