The 100m² apartment was renovated in 2014 and is comfortably furnished. It is on the ground floor of a traditional Franconian residential house. The apartment has an inviting parents’ bedroom with a double bed 8180 x 190cm) and a big cupboard, and a cosy children’s bedroom with two single beds (180 x 190cm) and a cupboard. The light and spacious living and sleeping room of 30m² provides a single bed (sofa bed 100 x 200cm) and a comfortable sofa suite, a display cabinet, a TV and a big balcony. Five people can sit in the dining corner with a table and corner bench and there are all kinds of glasses in a display cabinet. The light kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and stereo system, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. The big and light bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC. There is also an additional guest WC. All the rooms have heating.
