Sunset Knoll tilbyder det bedste inden for komfort, privatliv og vidunderlig havudsigt. Dette hjem ligger højt oppe på en bluff i det private samfund i Baker Ranch. Det tilbyder smukke landskaber på Baker Beach nedenfor. Baghaven er græsset og ekspansiv, fantastisk til grill og picnic eller gå ned til meditationsbænken for at sidde og tage det hele ind. Sunset Knoll ligger cirka en kvart kilometer ned til Baker Beach og kun 1 km syd for Trinidad på Scenic Road. Ovenpå er den største stue, spiseplads og soveværelse med queensize-seng og bad. Stuen har også en meget behagelig dronning sovesofa. Nedenunder har et soveværelse med en queensize-seng og et andet soveværelse med to enkeltsenge plus et komplet badeværelse. Huset er komfortabelt møbleret. Brændeovnen tilføjer både varme og stemning. Dækket er fantastisk til afslapning og har en gasgrill. Dette kæledyrsvenlige hjem inkluderer en dejlig stor udendørs hundekennel. Sunset Knoll inkluderer også: opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, fladskærms T. V. med masser af kanaler, DVD / VCR og stereo. GRATIS WiFi inkluderet.

The location of the house was beautiful, the accomodations were just what we needed for our stay, had everything we needed-even got to take a trip back in memory lane, which was awesome! Watched Jurassic Park on VHS! Loved it! We really enjoyed our stay! Would stay there again!

Wonderful place!

What a magical place! The view from the back deck is one of the best I've ever seen in my life. House was very clean and comfortable. We hiked every day in the Redwood National Park and the park is only a short drive from the house. Would definitely recommend highly, and we hope to go back!

Amazing Views!

This property had the most amazing views! We spent most of our time at a larger home next door but utilized this home for sleeping. It was comfortable and clean and could easily have the best views on the street!

Spectacular Views!

The highlight of the property is the stunning view of the ocean. The location is great (near town, groceries, restaurants, beach, etc). And a great launching point for hiking. I would suggest considering replacing the carpets for hard floors, since pets are allowed, there's a scent on the carpet. Otherwise, the property is phenomenal.

What a great stay! Exactly as described and even better. I'm almost afraid to say how much we loved the property in fear that it will always be rented. (Haha). Great bed nice towels and plenty of storage space. I wish we could have stayed longer. My dogs were in Heven to be able to go with us. Can't wait till next year. Thank you.

Can't be beat retreat!

It looks to have been built in the '90s and displays that type of charm. The closest neighbor was about 200 yards away so all you ever hear is the surf. We would definitely rent this place again!

Great location but the house is so-so

I give the property location and views a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, the house itself is far from great. It seems that the house, bathrooms, kitchen, and furnishings haven't been updated in a very long time. The windows were dirty and detracted from the lovely views. I would be okay with the house if it was at a lower price point but at these prices I would hope for a little more care to be put into the place.

Fab View, Fab Place, Fun Times

I had read other reviews that this property had a great view, but it really was Amazing with a capital A. Fabulous deck to enjoy incredible sunsets and prepare great bbq dinners. House layout worked really well - 3 bedrooms for the 6 of us though there are 2 other spaces (loft) and pull out coach where 2 more people could sleep. We hiked down to Baker Beach about 1/4 mile below the property which was fun. The local town in Trinidad was fun with great restaurants, and lots of beaches, and places to rent kayaks. Also want to add in the backyard of the property facing the beach there is a picnic table which is a wonderful space to have your meals outside. Living area space worked great as did kitchen. All in all - Fab view, Fab Place, Fun times.

Great Vacation Getaway

Beautiful views of Trinidad Bay & Coastline, none better . Enjoyed by comfortable, clean , safe, house with a large back yard. Older home at very reasonable rental charge, well-equipped with everything you need , & everything works The host property manager Hope M. was excellent, friendly, helpful , & very responsive . The location was private,secluded, & close to the beach that you can hear the lovely surf. Everything was close by as well . Of note Murphys Market has everything including fishing license should you want to brave ocean fishing as you’re quickly catch your limit guided by the Best fisherman of Calif, ask for Mark ! We really appreciated that it was one few pet friendly houses Thank You and we will request to return to Sunset Knoll at Sunrise again

Spectacular view

The location was amazing, and everything was better than we expected. Our group even said it was nicer than the photos. Easy access to the national park, incredible view (when it's clear & sunny), private/secluded location, great for dogs to run around in the yard, very effective heating. Yes, the house looks like something out of the 70s or 80s and the furniture is dated, but overall the house is in good shape and well-equipped (we were able to cook breakfast & grill dinner for 5 without issue). My only complaint is: the amount of time I had to spend before check-in to sign contracts, get the charges right, read a myriad of emails, confirm the code, etc was *a lot* for ~40 hours in the house.
