The villa is centrally located, near the two schools, sports facilities (Olympia Park) and also not far from the beaches.
The apartment of around 50m² is on the second floor and has big dormer Windows.
It has a loft character and provides ample daylight through the big windows.
There are two romantic sleeping areas. One has an innerspring mattress for two people, and at the other end of the apartment there is another cozy sleeping area with two separate mattresses.
The fifth and sixth person can sleep on the big, sofa bed 90 x 204 cm).
This studio apartment has a combined living and sleeping room, which can be divided with a curtain.
The living room has a 40” digital TV with satellite reception and a small desk.
The tiled bathroom has a shower corner with glass doors.
There is a quality kitchen niche with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and an electric kettle.
You can share use of the garden, where outdoor furniture and a barbecue is at your disposal. A parking space is also provided.
Wireless broadband Internet access is available.
The generous loft has many nooks and crannies, as well as sloped ceilings.
The owner lives in the house, but access to the apartment is via the stairwell (not via the family apartment)..
Smoking and pets are prohibited.
Owing to the stairs and low windows the apartment is not suitable for small children.
Not far away you can find plenty of restaurants, shopping facilities and the stops for buses, trains and boats.
It is only about 3km to the Vasatorp and Rya golf courses.
The beach is, as mentioned, only a kilometer away.
