Concrete beach with large parasols, sunbeds and garden shower.
Our guests can use the beach as well as our parasols and free sunbeds on the beach in front of the accommodation.
Outdoor barbecue with a terrace in the yard are also free to use.
All our guests have a berth for the boat directly in front of the house.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of the house near the sea, has 120m² and consists of 4 double bedrooms, a 50m² living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, extra toilet, balcony, garden shower and much more. The flat is air-conditioned and comfortably equipped and cosily furnished: with satellite TV, internet, air conditioning, ceramic hob with 4 ceramic hotplates, oven, fridge, coffee pod machine and filter coffee machine with thermos, kettle, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery
It is possible to organise excursions by boat (river Zrmanja, Novigrad, Maslenica). As well as the possibility of going to the Paklenica National Park, bungee jumping from the Maslenica Bridge or visiting the Krka waterfalls. Take a boat trip to the Kornati National Park or the Zrmanja waterfalls.
Countless excursion options are on offer: Paklenica NP, Zrmanja River, North Velebit Nature Park, Modric Cave, Zadar, Nin, Plitvice Lakes NP, Krka Waterfalls NP, Kornati NP etc.
