Hi Becky, it seems like you enjoyed your stay overall! Unfortunately this home is located on a dirt road and here in the mountains dust is very prevalent. Pots and pans are also to be cleaned by guests, the cleaners just don't have time rewash all of the cookware in the home. We are glad that pots and pans are an easy fix and can be quickly recleaned if needed.

Hello Pam, none of this was brought to our attention during your stay, so it is bit a bit frustrating to hear that for some reason you are saying we refused to assist you. We have no idea what flammable items you are referring to because again, you did not speak to anyone in our office regarding any of these items. We do recall you inquiring about large discounts on several of our homes before you booked one, so perhaps you felt the need the leave a negative review because you were unhappy with the overall price. We sure hope you find accommodations that better suit you in the future.

Hi Jodi, It’s disappointing to read your review. We apologized for the technological mishap that day profusely and you seemed very understanding at the time. As we explained to you the day of your arrival, because of the internet outage, none of information had sent out the way we intended causing you to receive your check-in information about 30 minutes late. We in fact had been in the office that day but had to close for the remainder of the day because we had no way of communicating to incoming guests. From home, we called everyone arriving that day personally, after finding out that none of communication had sent successfully, to make sure all guests got into their homes safety. You are unfortunately the only one who felt the need to leave a negative review. Several other guests got check-in information a bit late that day as well and none felt the need to blame us for the hours long internet outage. To further explain our position, which seems to be of some confusion to you, our phones are VoIP connections, meaning they run off of the internet. With no internet, there is no phone connection, no forwarding service available and no way of knowing who had called, no sending emails or text via our reservation software, checking Vrbo messages, etc. Also, we had certainly not guaranteed you any kind of early check-in, so to begin calling hours before check-in at 4pm, assuming an early check-in would be extended is a bit unreasonable. We are definitely appreciative of guests that extend us the courtesy of understanding that sometimes there are circumstances that happen that are beyond our control, as it is absolutely not common for our company and apologize once again.
