Pet-friendly villa with private pool, panoramic views and free entry to the Lanterna holiday resort

The Casa is located in the small village of Perci, 10 km from Porec and 4 km from the tourist resort of Lanterna. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away in the village of Tar. The fenced and well-kept grounds (900 m²) offer guests a 32 m² pool, ten sun loungers, two parasols, a covered summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table for outdoor meals, a children's playground and four parking spaces. The house has a total area of 280 m² spread over three floors. It is fully air-conditioned and suitable for up to twelve people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a living room with access to the terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with access to the balcony, one of which has its own bathroom, a room with separate beds and access to a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. On the top floor there is a 25 m² bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with shower/WC and a lovely roof terrace with sun loungers. Guests also have access to a communal room with table football and an Orbitrek fitness machine. Youth groups are not permitted. Note: Free entry to the Lanterna holiday resort.
