This beautiful country-style house, recently renovated, is situated in a fantastic location in the Tuscan hills, overlooking hills dotted with olive trees and vineyards. It’s perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation surrounded by nature and serves as an excellent starting point for trips to the coast (15 km away). From there, you can easily reach Tuscany’s most beautiful art cities.

The apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space and accommodating up to 5 people, is laid out as follows: A large kitchen-living room with a kitchenette and a sofa for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed for a third child, and a large rustic bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Garden for exclusive use, fenced in, ideal for pets and children, equipped with a built-in charcoal grill, a gazebo with a table and chairs—perfect for outdoor dining—and private parking.

Thanks to its central location, the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to Tuscany’s famous cities rich in art and history, such as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, or Siena.

The idyllic surrounding countryside also invites you to enjoy activities such as bike rides, hikes, and more.

Castellina Marittima (350 m) is one of the towns with the most beautiful ocean views in Tuscany.
There are shops where you can buy Italian specialties (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, and small stores). In addition, there are several small, cozy restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Within a one-hour drive are the coastal cities of Pisa and Livorno (half an hour), the cultural hub of Florence (one hour), the ancient town of Lucca with its beautiful historic center (one hour), the wine village of Bolgheri (20 min.), the alabaster town of Volterra (three-quarters of an hour), the Etruscan town of Populonia, and the famous tower of San Gimignano, Siena, and more. These are among the most popular destinations for day trips. A trip to Rome is also well worth it. The Eternal City is a 2.5-hour drive away.
Noteworthy is the proximity to the Lama Tsongkhapa Buddhist Institute in Pomaia, just 5 km away, which is the most important Buddhist center in Europe.

Also very beautiful are the beach at Vada, Cecina Mare with its very fine white sand beach, and the magnificent coast of Castiglioncello
