Rural Gredos House with Pool and Barbecue for Groups, Families, and Friends

The house accommodates up to 12 guests in summer and up to 8 in winter (ask for more guests).



There are 5 bedrooms: 3 double rooms, 1 room with a 90 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed, and 1 room with 2 90 cm bunk beds. The house has 2 fully renovated bathrooms.



Spacious, comfortable areas are designed for sharing without sacrificing relaxation.



The main highlight is the outdoors: a private garden with pool, barbecue, and relaxing areas, surrounded by peace and mountain views. It's ideal for unwinding or celebrating special moments.



In winter, enjoy the fireplace and a warm, cozy atmosphere. In summer, relax in the mild mountain climate, pleasant evenings, and take a dip in the pool.



Amenities include a private pool and large garden, barbecue and outdoor areas, fireplace and heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, and private parking.



Excellent location near El Barco de Ávila and Piedrahíta, in the heart of Sierra de Gredos and the Tormes valley.



Bed linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay, included in the cleaning service.



A security deposit is required before arrival. Firewood is supplied according to your stay, with an extra charge available for additional wood.



Pets allowed on request. Please ask.



Events are allowed, always respecting quiet hours from midnight.



POOL: Available from the first weekend of June. For earlier bookings, please check availability.



Other rules: groups where all members are under 24 are not accepted.
