This beautiful luxury chalet is located in a small-scale chalet park at lake Afritzer See, in the sunny south of Carinthia. Surrounded by imposing mountains, clear lakes, and lush nature, it is the perfect place to relax as well as enjoy activities, regardless of the season.

The Afritzer See is a picturesque lake, known for its clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. Swimming, sunbathing, and unwinding are delightful experiences along the well-maintained beaches with grassy areas, piers, and views of the surrounding mountains. In the nearby area, there are several other lakes, such as the Ossiacher See, the Millstätter See, the Brennsee, and the Faaker See. The charming village of Afritz am See and surrounding towns offer everything for a pleasant stay: from local shops and excursions to traditional Gasthöfe where you can experience Austrian cuisine and hospitality.

In winter, the region transforms into a winter sports paradise filled with opportunities for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.
