The house has five parking spaces, ensuring a convenient arrival and departure for you and your travel companions. A spacious garage is available for all your outdoor gear, whether it’s skis or bicycles. This allows you to store your sports equipment safely while freeing up more space inside the house. With 168 square meters of living space, “Alpe 44” offers plenty of room for all guests. The four tastefully furnished bedrooms feature a total of eight comfortable beds, guaranteeing you restful nights. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, there’s plenty of room for everyone. The spacious living and dining area is the perfect place to enjoy time together. Here, you can spend cozy evenings against a stunning mountain backdrop, prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, or sit down to delicious meals in the dining area. For the youngest guests, there’s a separate playroom where they can let off steam. The walk-in closet offers additional space for your clothes and luggage. The house has two bathrooms with separate toilets, which ensures everything runs smoothly—especially in the mornings and evenings. An additional separate restroom provides even more convenience.
An absolute highlight is the breathtaking terrace, which spans approximately 100 square meters. Here, you’ll be treated to a fantastic view of the Allgäu mountains. To respect the peace and harmony of the neighborhood, bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar group celebrations are prohibited.
Bed linens and one set of towels are included in the room rate; if you’d like an additional set of towels, you can book them for an extra fee.
