Welcome to our comfortable and modernly furnished
apartment in “Haus Carsten,” located in the picturesque northern part of Westerland on the
enchanting North Sea island of Sylt. Spanning approximately 55 m˛, a cozy
3-room apartment awaits you—ideal for relaxing days by the sea. Located on the
upper floor, the apartment offers everything you need for a carefree vacation. In the
bright bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and
back-friendly mattresses, you can relax wonderfully. The individually
adjustable slatted frames provide additional comfort. The modern
PVC design flooring gives the room a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious
living-dining room invites you to linger with its leather couch, comfortable leather armchairs, and a
coffee table. Whether you’re watching a movie on the Ultra HD Smart TV (including
Magenta TV Smart 2.0), enjoying a DVD, or simply listening to music
through the micro audio system — here you can
make the most of your evenings. Wi-Fi is also available so you can
stay well connected even while on vacation. The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped: a
4-burner stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a
freezer compartment provide everything you need to prepare delicious meals
. The separate, extendable dining table seats up to 4
people, ideal for social gatherings. The separate, floor-to-ceiling tiled
shower room not only offers comfort but also includes a washing machine for
longer stays. For families, a high chair or a
travel crib can be provided upon request. A space-saving staircase leads you
to the attic, where another bedroom with two cozy
bunk beds (each 90x200 cm) awaits you. These beds are suitable for both
adults and children and offer a small, cozy retreat,
perfect for a restful night’s sleep. A walk-in closet in the entryway also provides ample storage space. Both bedrooms face away from Norderstraße toward the quiet, east-facing garden. The private garden, featuring
an idyllic east-facing terrace and a beach chair, offers a wonderful
alternative to a trip to the beach—here you can enjoy the sun in peace. Bicycle storage is also available, and you’ll find free parking in the adjacent side streets. Pets are
welcome upon request, and please note that we assume no liability for
