Our cozy vacation apartment is located right on the Steyr River and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the mountains across its 56 m². With two bedrooms, it’s ideal for 2 to 4 people—whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a small family.
From the balcony, you can enjoy the mountain scenery while the Steyr River flows right past the house. Numerous hiking trails and beautiful spots in nature are right nearby. In the summer, you can explore the mountains on foot or by bike; in the winter, the slopes of the Höss and the snow-covered landscape await you.
After an active day, there’s nothing better than coming home, taking off your hiking boots, and simply enjoying the evening.
For us, it’s not about cramming as much as possible into a short time. It’s about having time—for the mountains, for nature, and above all, for each other.

Spanning 56 m², you’ll find two bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
Its unique location right on the Steyr River makes the apartment the perfect starting point for your vacation. Hiking trails begin right outside the door, and the Schiederweiher pond and numerous other nature experiences are within easy reach. In winter, the Höss ski resort entices visitors with its slopes and snow-covered mountain landscape.
Whether you want to hike, ski, explore nature, or simply unwind for a few days—you’ll find the perfect spot here.

On-site costs: Towels and bed linens are included in the room rate. A free covered parking space is available to our guests throughout their entire stay. The ski and bike storage room may also be used free of charge. The local tax is payable separately per person per day, and we ask that you transfer this amount in advance. Keys will be handed over contactlessly via a key box on-site. You will receive the necessary information on how to retrieve your keys well in advance of your arrival.



Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
