The Floatinghouse Milan is a freestanding houseboat in a vacation resort right on the lake—on the water, with its own dock and stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside. With 44 m² of space, you can enjoy relaxing days surrounded by nature and comfort: outside on the covered terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, and shade, and inside in a cozy living area with a sofa nook, dining table, TV, radio, and reliable Wi-Fi. Thanks to air conditioning and heating, the Floatinghouse is comfortable year-round; fly screens, privacy screens on all windows, and a practical closet further ensure comfort and privacy.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped—ideal for families, couples, or active vacationers who like to be independent. A ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided; dish towels and trash cans are also included in the initial setup. An electric grill is available for a relaxing evening on the terrace. The Floatinghouse offers a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people. Bedding and towels are included, as are hot water and a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and window.

Children are welcome; the entire Floating House is a smoke-free property. Safety is also ensured: smoke and fire alarms, an alarm system, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit are provided. Whether it’s a romantic getaway by the water, an active sports vacation, or a wellness retreat in a quiet, secluded location—here, you can set off on your adventure right from the floating house: sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, swimming, fishing, or boat trips, plus boat rentals in the area.
