Haus Sandkorn: Comfortable vacation home with terrace and garden - close to the beach

The Sandkorn vacation home is located in Zingst, a town on the Baltic Sea coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It is cozy and furnished with high-quality, comfortable furniture. The semi-detached house is located on Ostseewellenweg, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

The house is situated in a very quiet, traffic-free garden complex with several vacation homes in the same style. A free parking space is available.

The living area, the kitchen with dining area, and the master bathroom are located on the first floor. The living area is furnished with a cozy leather sofa. The open-concept kitchen with dining area is perfect for cozy get-togethers and cooking. It features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave, and a Nespresso Vertuo.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a large, comfortable double bed; the other bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a closet. Both bedrooms have fly screens on at least one window. There is also a guest restroom on the upper floor.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Pets are not allowed.
