Our modern studio apartment on the 8th floor invites you to settle in and feel right at home: A light-filled living area with a cozy dining nook, a spacious kitchenette, and access to the sunny west-facing balcony offers everything a vacationer could wish for. The separate sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), and the modern shower room rounds out the cozy atmosphere.
From the living room and balcony, you can enjoy a stunning view all the way to the Baltic Sea—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the afternoon sun.
Vacation in a prime location—right on the inland lake
The apartment is located in the popular “Ferienpark” on the west side of the inland lake—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Ideal for anyone who likes to be spontaneous and flexible on vacation: restaurants, kiosks, a playground, a skate park, a bakery, bike rentals, a mini-golf course, and a gym are all nearby.
Especially beautiful: The hiking trail along the cliffs—with a little luck, you might even come across a herd of Galloway cattle with their calves here.

The pretty old town of Heiligenhafen is about 2 km away—perfect for a stroll along the idyllic inland lake promenade. There you’ll find:

Mobile & Relaxed
You can conveniently park your car right in the complex’s parking lot—and feel free to leave it there. In the summer, Heiligenhafen’s charming “Bimmelbahn” (tourist train) or the city bus will take you comfortably into town or to the harbor. Or grab a bike from the nearby rental shop and explore the region on two wheels.
Tip for active travelers: Cycle along the coast to Großenbrode or venture across the impressive Fehmarnsund Bridge directly to Fehmarn—stunning views included.
