The thatched cottage at Wildhagen 1 is part of a small, scattered settlement located far away from all the tourist hustle and bustle, between Damp and Eckernförde. It captivates with its stunningly beautiful and peaceful location in a small valley, offering an unobstructed view of the adjacent meadows and fields.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2020–2021 and features a state-of-the-art kitchen and bathrooms. It has lost none of its original charm. The original architectural elements were preserved as much as possible. Hardwood floors, wooden windows, and select antiques create a unique living atmosphere. The cottage is ideal for families or small groups seeking nature and tranquility.

From the terrace, you have a stunning view of the adjacent pasture and the fenced-in pond that belongs to the house. Waabs Beach is about five kilometers away and can be reached by bike in about 15 minutes. Modern amenities include a TV, stereo system, a well-equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi (fiber-optic connection).

Bed linens and towels are provided and, for billing purposes, are listed as separate items on the invoice. You can add sauna use during the booking process under the “Services” section. We offer a flat rate for the entire stay. It is billed per day and per house and allows every guest of that house to use the sauna as often and whenever they like.
