Vacation Apartment 11b in the “Strandpalais” vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

This cozy vacation rental in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn is located on the 3rd floor on the west side of the building and features a furnished balcony. With a size of 76 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation, featuring a living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The beach is about 100 m away.

The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living area and features 2 ceramic cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (2 drawers), a microwave with oven function and automatic programs, a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights with the family.

The living room is equipped with a fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere, especially on cool days. From the living area, you can step out onto the large, west-facing balcony with a partial lake view. Of course, the amenities also include a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio.

The first bedroom in the vacation rental is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm).

The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). A spacious closet is available for your vacation wardrobe. A second TV provides additional evening entertainment here.

The shower room/restroom is equipped with a large sink, a shower, storage space, and a washing machine.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.

You can safely park your vehicle in the designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum parking height 1.95 m). A wallbox (Type 2 charging socket) for electric vehicles is also available there (for a fee). An elevator will take you comfortably to your desired floor.

There is an elevator in the building. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage. The height of the underground garage entrance and the parking height are 1.95 m.
