Vacation Rental 515 in the Haus Meeresblick building is a 3-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Renovated in the spring of 2023, the apartment measures approximately 57 m² and features, spread over two floors, a living/dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 50 m from Haus Meeresblick.

The living area is furnished with a couch, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area is integrated into this space. The kitchenette includes a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The lower bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV. The bedroom faces the atrium. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor. It is furnished with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a nightstand, a closet, an armchair, and a TV.

The apartment comes standard with a tiled bathroom featuring a toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed!

This exclusive building with an elevator is in an excellent location on the beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Washing machines and dryers—available for a fee—are located in the common area in the basement. The bicycle storage room is also available for shared use. The apartment includes an underground parking space (max. height 1.80 m, max. weight 2,000 kg).

The Meeresblick building, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium featuring live plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The building’s south entrance provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.


Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
