Vacation Apartment 16 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people and one dog.

This two-room vacation apartment for up to 4 people is located on the first floor of the Linden-Palais and features a north-facing balcony. Enjoy relaxing moments here with a beautiful view of the lake. The 61 m² apartment features a living area with an integrated dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. With the beach just 50 meters away, a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea is guaranteed.

In the combined living and dining area of the vacation apartment, a couch, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. You can enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats four.

The exclusive kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle round out the kitchen.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The sofa bed in the living room (150 x 190 cm) provides a comfortable place to sleep for 2 additional guests. All windows are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.

A high chair and a travel crib are available free of charge for our youngest guests.

The vacation rental’s modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The entire apartment has tile flooring. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon request.

You can safely park your car in underground parking space No. 16. You can store any bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.

The Linden-Palais complex, newly built in 2016, is located directly on the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm.

The Linden-Palais awaits you in the “white city by the sea,” the seaside resort of Heiligendamm. This exclusive vacation complex blends seamlessly into the sophisticated and traditional seaside architecture of the famous “String of Pearls.” There are 39 vacation apartments spread across 3 floors. All vacation apartments are easily accessible by elevator and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the included underground parking space.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a separate bicycle room in the underground parking garage. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to take long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialties at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
