Vacation Apartment 13 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 toddler.

The 45 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Enjoy the sunshine on the furnished southeast-facing terrace. With a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, the vacation apartment can accommodate up to 3 people for a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 meters away.

In the living area of the vacation apartment, a comfortable sofa set, a radio with a CD player, and a flat-screen TV invite you to enjoy cozy evenings. You can use the house’s Wi-Fi access free of charge. The built-in dining area promises relaxing meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave with oven and grill functions, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. With the toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle provided, you’ll find everything you need for a delicious breakfast.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. You won’t have to do without a TV here either. The large closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. A travel crib is available free of charge for your little guests.

The vacation rental’s modern bathroom is comfortably furnished with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer completes the bathroom’s amenities. The apartment features tile flooring.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed in this apartment.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. You can store the bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented safely in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.

All vacation apartments are easily accessible by elevator and feature free Wi-Fi.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the included underground parking space.

A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your doorstep.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialties at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
