Located in Calpe on the Costa Blanca, Villa Sobre Las Rocas is a spacious retreat of 315 m², perfect for up to 20 guests. You will find 8 comfortable bedrooms and 8 bathrooms across two floors. The villa features a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private TV, video-on-demand, coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Up to 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available on request. Toys and books for children as well as beach towels are provided.



Enjoy the private garden with sea views of the Peñon de Ifach, several private open terraces, and a covered terrace. The private heated outdoor pool invites you to relax. Entertainment includes a ping-pong table, private barbecue, boules court, darts, and a small area for badminton or volleyball. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Parking for several cars is available on the property. One pet is allowed, and self-check-in offers flexibility. Please note that events on the property must be arranged in advance with the owner. The romantic sandy beach La Fustera is a 20-minute walk away, and the main beach Playa de la Fossa is just 2.7 km away. The charming town of Moraira is a 15-minute drive.

Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival, check-out by 10 am on the day of departure.
