This chalet is located in a small-scale chalet park in an idyllic setting directly at lake Afritzer See, in the sunny south of Carinthia. Surrounded by impressive mountain landscapes, crystal-clear lakes, and vast green nature, this place offers plenty of opportunities all year round!

Lake Afritzer See itself is beautifully nestled in the Carinthian landscape and is known for its clear waters and relaxed atmosphere. At the well-maintained beaches with sunbathing areas and docks, you can swim, sunbathe, and enjoy the view of the mountains. Additionally, there are several other stunning lakes in the vicinity, such as lake Millstätter See, lake Brennsee, lake Faaker See, and lake Ossiacher See. In the nearby village of Afritz am See and the surrounding towns, you will find everything you need, from local shops and supermarkets to cozy, traditional restaurants.

In winter, this area becomes a true winter sports destination. In about 15 km by car you are at the ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim, featuring 103 km of slopes, modern ski lifts, and something for everyone, from families to avid winter sports enthusiasts. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approximately 13 km) and offers 50-55 km of slopes with stunning panoramic views, suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers.
