Charming Breton House with Shared Pool

Independent Breton character house in a peaceful setting. This charming stone house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the private garden area with loungers and a barbecue.



The house is located in a hamlet with three other holiday homes. The pool is covered, heated, and secure. It is shared with the other cottages and open only from May 1st to October 1st.



All guests have access to a games room with billiards, ping-pong table, and foosball. There is also an outdoor pétanque court, tennis rackets, and bikes—including children's bikes, a ride-on toy, and a scooter.



The accommodation provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday. One bedroom is on the ground floor with a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom and separate toilet are also on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with two single beds (90 cm, suitable for adults) and a convertible sofa. The main room features a fully equipped kitchen for daily meals (compact oven, no dishwasher), dining table, sofa, armchairs, and a large fireplace. Available: washing machine, dryer, barbecue, and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra fee. Please leave the house clean at departure.



You may clean the accommodation yourselves before leaving or opt for an end-of-stay cleaning service, available for an extra fee. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bathtub.



The house is in a hamlet with three other cottages. Free parking is available in front of the house, with a garage. The cul-de-sac is safe for children to play in the large garden or ride bikes.
