Amazing set up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was Amazing with the dock across the street made for a great hang out spot. One thing we didn’t like was the 2 queen beds in the bed rooms had room for kings and the mattresses were very hard. Flat pillows and our fan in the master made a sound that would keep you up. But over all great place to stay

Great view, nicely appointed house BUT……….

I booked for 6 adults, all over 50 and 2 80 year polds- made this clear in the message to the hose but was disappointed with not being told there is no elevator and 3 flights of stairs. There are 2 double beds and 2 r twin beds. And 2 bedrooms and a loft. They are not queen beds; there is not really enough room for two adults to sleep comfortably in them. If we had not been local and had our own home to go back to, we would have been very uncomfortable trying to put 6 adults in this home, The “3rd bedroom” is a loft at the top with 2 windows that have no shades, so you can’t sleep past sunrise. When my husband turned in the keys and was asked how was the stay, he mentioned these things, as a courtesy - and the lady actually looked at him and said “whatever”. We checked out a day early because I twisted my foot on the stairs and had to go to the ER at 5am and could go back because I was on crutches and couldn’t get up the stairs. We were not offered a refund for the day we were not able to stay nir shown any interest in why we checked out early. Over 30 VRBO stays under our belt, and this was the most disappointing all the way around.

House needs better cleaning

House is nice but is not cleaned that well. Upstairs carpet is noticeably dirty with darker dirty areas. Bed had prior guests sheets still on it, which is frankly nasty...

Great Place in an AMZING area

My group and I were the for our Carolina SUP race. this place offered us one of the best location for practise and being in the midst of the event everyday too leading into the SUP race. the home will very welled maintained and had every he needed for our stay too. Will definitely book again next time too or for even a family vacation to Wrightsville Beach too

We had a short walk to the beach access and walked across the street to the sound. We were able to fish off the dock. The home was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. There was plenty of parking and a garage for bikes,strollers, and water toys.There were multiple porches with comfortable chairs and seating. We were very satisfied with our rental.

Spring Getaway

We love the location at the south end of the island but within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well stocked for our stay. Every day we enjoyed coffee and drinks on the porches at both ends of the home. We love the views of the channel watching the boats and especially taking in the sunsets. And the dock access was perfect. Parking was easy with access off of both roads. The only drawback is the traffic in front of the house which is the tradeoff for the all the other amenities.

Just perfect

Great location and great space. Highly recommended. Like new condition. With views of the inter coastal and ocean. Everything within walking distance or a short drive. Only consideration is the stairs. If you don’t mind them, this place is dreamie! Thanks for the great place….

Amazing pier and boat house and a great location

The absolute best part was the pier with the chairs and a small beach as well as the boat house. The house needs better furnishings. It is adequate but not comfortable. With an investment in a comfortable couch and chairs for the living room, it would raise what you could charge for this rental. The master bath had a layer of dirt on the countertop. The master bed room comforter was soiled. No shampoo and limited dishwashing detergent. Each bathroom had two thin towels and a bath mat. I expected more. However I would rent again for the location and pier. I would just be prepared to bring more chairs, soap shampoo, bedding and towels.

Wrightsville Beach

Good location on Banks Channel. Great for kayaking and fishing. Beautiful area with sunset from balcony. Walking distance from places to eat. Overall nice place and location.

Great location!

Very nice house with a beautiful view of the sound. We had access to a boat slip and dock which was a plus! Location was walkable to restaurants and right across the street from the beach. House has a great kitchen and master bath was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to provide beach chairs and an umbrella. For the price it should include that. Also would be nice to have a few bikes. We had a great stay and the property manager was very responsive.

It absolutely had not been and it was a total inconvenience during our stay. We need a working dryer to dry towels while at the beach!!!

Nice but a little noisy

Beautiful property, the updated decor was EXACTLY my taste. Furniture itself was a little dated, decks need a little work and there were only streaming services on the TVs. Street noise was loud in the master but really liked the home!! Thank you!! P.S. I am DYING to know where the chandelier over the island came from!! I WANT IT!!

Labor Day Long Weekend at the Conley

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we have a nice stay at the Conley House. The recent renovations were very nice. Nice open kitchen that provided all essential needs while we were there. Each bathroom has been tastefully renovated as well. With all of the lovely renovations, I do feel that living room furniture deserves an upgrade from outdoor furniture. The outdoor furniture couch and seating was not comfortable in the least. We were also quite disappointed that the dryer did not work, and there was no response from Wrightsville Sands when I addressed the situation. It came to our attention when reading further reviews that the dryer had not worked all summer. Having a dryer at the beach, especially during times of COVID when are trying to keep things clean is imperative. At the very least, we should have been notified and or told before we rented. Disappointingly, we also had members of the owners family park at the house while we were renting without notification.

Beautiful sunsets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel checking in at 4 is quite late by the time you get the key and get to the unit and unload it’s dinner time. Then checkout is 10 am which is very hard with loading, children and returning keys. I understand it has to be cleaned but that’s a bit much. The home was very clean and pretty. The sunsets are the most beautiful ever. It would be nice to have a table and chairs on the back kitchen deck to be able to eat outside and a few chairs on the upper bedroom deck. Rocking chairs would be nice there was only one. The dryer does not get hot you have to dry towels On high for 3 hours or longer to get them able to hang outside to dry. It would be nice to have some bikes to use, most places furnish bikes at homes we have rented. The traffic is very bad crossing the street to the water side. You really need to watch children crossing over. Overall it is a nice place and a great location.
