This 200 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with a modern ceiling fan and its own private bathroom. The spacious living-dining room offers a workspace and reading corner, plus air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), and a small exercise area. Board games are also available for family fun.



Enjoy your private covered terrace and open terrace, with a private barbecue and sea views. The outdoor pool is for your exclusive use. Paddle courts are a 15-minute walk away, and thalassotherapy centers and mini golf are nearby.



Parking is easy and very close to the property. Pets are not allowed, and parties or events are prohibited. Smoking is not permitted. Minimum check-in age is 18. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 9:00. Commercial photography is not allowed on the property.



The house is part of a residential complex. The hosts live on the premises, but not in the reserved house. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Check-in is from 15:00, and you must inform the hosts of your arrival time. Check-out is before 11:00.
