Denne unikke ejendom er en triplex med ovenpå 2 soveværelse / 2 bad lejlighed 'Cabana Blå Seascape ", den velindrettede 1 soveværelse / 1 bad suite med opholdsstue,' Cabana Blå Par '& downstairs 2 soveværelse / 2 bad flugt,' Cabana Blå Oasis. '

"Cabana Seascape," er en renoveret to soveværelse / to bad suite. Høje ende opdateringer som rustfrit stål apparater, sten bordplader, og tilpassede kabinetter mesh perfekt med den subtile strand tema indretning.

Som du gå ind i ejendommen fra balkonen er du straks mødt af en charmerende, åben stue og spisestue. I stuen er der komfortabel sofa og to stole foran et stort fladskærms-tv. Træet bjælkeloft og panel træ adgang væg forbedre de kystnære stemning.

Køkken og spiseplads er på højre side af lejligheden byder på en marmor spisebord og øen samt rustfrit stål apparater. Den blå flisebelagt tilbage splash tilføjer den helt rigtige mængde af komplementære farve.

Nede den korte hallen er lyst og luftigt soveværelse. Som alle værelser i Cabana Blå er der masser af plads til hvile og afslapning. Hvert værelse har et indbygget skab med et lager bænk, hylder, hængende plads, der fordobler som en læsning krog! Overfor soveværelse er et stort badeværelse med et smukt flisebelagt badekar / bruser kombination og en fuld dobbelt forfængelighed. De koøje spejle og blå vægge er en subtil påmindelse af havet kun få skridt væk.

På bagsiden af huset er det store soveværelse. Komplet med en komfortabel, hukommelse skum madras og kingsize seng. Føreren suite har sin egen suite med et fuldt flisebelagt bruseniche, dobbelt håndvask og masser af opbevaring. Denne store badeværelse øger luxuriousness af lejligheden.

Steps from beach

Lovely tri-plex right on the water. Very comfortable bed in master. Love the view of ocean and accessibility. We loved it. Nice grill. The company does advise there are limited supplies; there was not even salt/pepper or coffee filters. Not terrible, but good to know - we had to make another trip to grocery.

Great property except for the internet. If you watch TV it constantly buffers. It did this the entire 7 days. It would also be much easier if you used cypher locks vs keys.

Items you need to bring…

Property is lovely with amazing view. I recommend bringing the following: kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, blankets (no blankets on bed only a thin coverlet, no blankets at all in unit) and most importantly decent toilet paper!! Be prepared for traffic to get into Folly Beach (2 lane road)..we were there on Easter Weekend but not sure if it is as busy at other times. The bottom is one unit, the 2 window doors is one unit (the one we stayed in) and the couples unit is on the right side. 1 mile walk to pier on flat beach is very easy. We loved the place. :)

Description not telling full truth

You are not renting the house, you are renting 1/3 of the house. This house is made into 3 separate rentals listed separately. Description did not mention this. We have twi boys so wanted to rent a house so we didnt have to worry about noise and us coming and going. Was a nice clean place and it is right on the beach. Would stay here again, just would of been nice to know up front sharing house with others.

The location was amazing. Being able to walk from the patio to the beach was the best part of our trip. It was a little far from the center of town where all the restaurants are but that made it nice and quiet. The people staying in the other units on the property were friendly.

Perfect Location

Seascape-Cabana Blue is PERFECTLY located on Folly Beach! We loved walking out the door and down the beach access walkway right to the beach! We also loved the fact that we were far enough away from the main public beach access down near the pier-which was jam packed! We enjoyed the family atmosphere. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short beach vacation.

Exactly What We Wanted!

Perfect! Being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The house is great for 2-4 people, which was perfect for myself, 2 sisters and my mom. Being so close to all the action in town was great, too! This was our first visit to Folly and we loved it!

Spectacular time!

We stayed for the weekend and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. Easy proximity to downtown Charleston, great location right on the water, plenty of inside and outside space. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal location, exactly as described!

Loved our stay here. Spacious property exactly as pictured—lots of open space in the kitchen/dining area. Deck and chairs are great for morning coffee. Is just a mile down from Pier which is a GREAT thing—perfect morning beach walks, not crowded this time of year. Weather was dicey so we never walked into town, but could have. Beds were amazing, fresh linens, bath toiletries, and plenty of towels—we needed to bring nothing. Kitchen was well appointed, we cooked daily breakfast, and fridge was immaculate. Easy checkin and simple checkout. Would love to stay here again!

Outstanding location

We have stayed here several times. The location is outstanding. We loved walking on the beach each day as well as the proximity to downtown Folly and resources like grocery, etc. We will be back again.

great location and host

everything was great, the communication with the host (dunes vacation rental ) was great. i checked in on thanksgiving day and had a few questions that were answered within minutes. would stay there again.

Weekend at Folly

As a previous VRBO property owner, I am always quite critical of the properties we book. This one did not dissappoint! Very clean and location was great. I was unable to find a LARGE fry pan ( there were several small and medium ones). The blinds looking out to the ocean did not really work properly and were in need of some love and care. I wished there had been hand towels provided. The charcoal grill needed replacing as one leg had completely rusted and broken. The gas grill was a victim of salt air on the outside and I did not check the inside as it was being used by the others sharing the property. There were plenty of bath towels and wash clothes but no hand towels for the bathrooms. Bed was very very comfortable! Appliances were in great shape! Thanks for sharing your home. We had a great weekend!!

Excellent Place

Our family was very comfortable in the space. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The only improvements I can suggest would be upgrade the televisions with smart tvs. It would be nice to relax after a long day in the sun to watch some Netflix with the family. Also you could quicken the check-in/out process by addding coded smart locks. Stopping to pick up and drop off keys seems archaic I’m 2022. Lastly, the deck could use some TLC. Splinters we’re a hazard. Still an amazing stay. Would definitely do it again.

Great Stay at Seascape @ Cabana Blue

Located in the Cabana Blue house, Seascape was clean and everything worked well. It was plenty large enough for our party of 2 couples- the king bed was nice and the twin beds were ok. When staying here, you share the deck with 1 other party staying in the 'Couples' unit and another party stays downstairs. It was a good setup- we made new friends! The house is very close to the beach by Folly Beach standards, just a short walk- very nice. I highly recommend!

Family Spring break

My husband and I loved our stay with our 2 children. Everything we needed and we were so relaxed watching our kids play on the beach. Lovely location and beach nice & quiet as a little away from the main central street. I would love to return!

Wonderful Stay

The property was just as described. We had a wonderful time and will be back again. Being so close to the beach and water was relaxing and wonderful for a beach lover who is currently land locked in Ohio.

Great location, steps to the beach!

Seascape was perfect for our family of three! It had fantastic views from the family room and kitchen because the ocean is just that close with no barriers or dunes blocking your view. The two bedrooms were decent sized and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Hope to come back very soon as it was our first time in Folly Beach. We fell in love with this quaint beach community!

Great location

The only shortfall was that some notes would’ve helped to locate laundry, light fireplace and operate fans, lights and appliances.

Lovely oceanfront stay

We loved our stay! Small, comfortable house right on the beach. A little tricky figuring out how to get into the house at first, but the property managers called me back immediately (it was after hours) and explained what to do. Our only problem was with the linen service. A couple of pillows didn’t have pillowcases and the king bed only had a top sheet—no fitted sheet. I thought that I texted the property managers, but had the wrong number, so they didn’t have the opportunity to remedy! We would absolutely stay at this lovely house again!
