Oceania Condo

Our second time staying at this beautiful, 9th floor ocean front condo. As in the past stay, Rami the owner went above and beyond outstanding to assure a picture perfect vacation.Fantastic ocean views, extremely clean condo, along with a well equipped kitchen. Simply wonderful

Beautiful condo in perfect location. Rami our host was very helpful with anything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. This area has everything you need and grounds and property are kept spotless. We love it and plan on going back soon!

Outstanding!!!!

We had a great week sharing this condo w/ another couple! The place is super nice and the location is extremely convenient to many food options & shopping. The balcony is very large and is a great hang out place to watch the ocean. The beach is really nice and very spacious with a nice new walk path from the condo. Communication w/Rami & Jessica was stellar & very helpful during Hurricane Milton. Overall we are extremely happy with our decision to stay here.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Great condo unit, with a gorgeous beach view. Super clean, well equipped and maintained, with a full kitchen, comfortable living areas, and nice bedrooms and baths. It was very nice to have the hot tub on a cool December day, and plenty of good dining options in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful Views and Perfect Location

A hidden gem in the Jacksonville Beach area. Close to all conveniences, but when you look out over the ocean you feel like you are a world away.

Condo had everything we needed. Brilliant views of the ocean and the beach. Walking/biking distance to all the bars and restaurants in the Jax Beach/Atlantic Beach/Neptune Beach area. Owners are awesome too!!

Very clean, easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Easy check in and check out. Very quiet neighborhood. Seemed like a high end condo. I will definitely stay here again. They had everything we needed. An ocean view from the master suite and living room. Nice kitchen with all of the amenities you would want. I can’t say enough good thing about my stay and thus amazing place.

Very Nice place

Very nice place. We did not use the pool because it was not heated and the hot tub was out of commission. Overall, the building was clean well maintained, and had wonderful views. My local son and family visited daily and there was plenty of room to catch up and hang out. I would recommend this condo for those visiting the area:) Quiet and right on the beach.

Thanksgiving in JAX

Our stay was great! There were many extras provided - beach chairs and towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods and liquid, toilet paper and more! We could check in and get right down to relaxing and enjoying time with our son. There were clear instructions for the televisions and many restaurant and activity recommendations. Responses to questions and concerns were quick! It was a wonderful trip and we look forward to staying here again some time in the future.

Beautiful View

Great place. We loved our stay. The kitchen was so well stalked and you really have everything you need for the beach. Our only complaints were that box springs are kinda noisy, and the living room furniture was less than ideal for comfort. Maybe a sectional would be great, especially with that big tv. We still give it five stars because it was a beautiful condo with a beautiful view.

Great stay again!

This is our second time staying at this property and it was a perfect stay once again. Rami, the host, is very attentive to any questions or requests that we had. Extremely quick at replying and was so accommodating. The condo is clean, spacious and has so many extras that are so appreciated. Stocked kitchen, stocked towels and what was so appreciated was the additional beach items. We had beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, everything that is impossible to bring on a flight down. We will absolutely stay here again!

Definitely will rent again

We truly enjoyed this condo and the accompanying beach. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The building was quiet and the ease of elevator access and beach access was great. The couch in the main room was truly the only negative. Just wasn’t in great shape and not inviting to sit on. The beach was wonderful. Athe time we rented, it was void of a lot of people which made it quiet and peaceful. Some days you felt like you were the only people on the beach. Overall it was a wonderful condo and we will certainly rent again!

Most Relaxing Vacation We've Ever Had!

Overall, everything was fantastic and YES, we'd rent this place again in a heartbeat if we could! Reasons for 4 stars vs 5 are as follows: upon arrival, I had not yet been put in the system to activate the gate opening--small detail but first impressions are important! Also, garbage disposal not working, and both shower drains slow. Addressed upon complaint but again, first impressions. I would suggest to the owners that you place a sign near kitchen sink explaining that if you pull the sink nozzle out to spray something, it jars the disposal plug underneath the sink, thus unplugging it. Although that was not the only reason it wasn't working when we arrived, this factored in later in the week. A simple sign would alleviate any concern here. Other things. . .master bedroom bed very noisy. You can't get in or out without it making a lot of noise, which is a problem when one partner sleeps much later than other! Shower curtain in master bathroom blows in on you while showering, making the already average-sized shower a lot smaller. Plus, the bottom of the curtain is slimy when wet--gross! I only know because it kept blowing in and touching me when showering. The magnets just weren't powerful enough to hold the curtain down. Also, key fobs--a few more would be great, if you can get them. Overall, a welcome note with information explaining some basic details would have been helpful--like where the trash goes; is there recycling; where the beach access gates are; where the hose is to rinse off upon coming in from beach; how to use the remotes/which remotes do what; where to park; and information regarding what needs to be done upon checkout. We figured all of these things out during the week, but a written note on the front table with details would be a nice touch. Another simple but nice touch would be a complete set of measuring cups. Also, kitchen could be made even nicer by cleaning out/organizing the pantry. Things we LOVED--nice big fridge; large TV; washer/dryer; beautiful balcony with comfortable seating; storage closet with beach chairs/toys/cooler etc to use; nice beach towels; quick elevators (although did you notice that the permit in the elevator expired in Aug 2016!!!??); decor is great, especially all of the pictures/artwork--loved it!!! AGAIN, I REITERATE THAT OVERALL, THIS WAS A GREAT RENTAL AND THE OWNERS WERE VERY NICE. EVERYONE WHO VISITED WITH US DURING THE WEEK COMPLIMENTED THE VIEW AND THE CONDO.

Stay at the beach

Initially the condo looked very clean but when entering there was a strong smell of mold. It turns out the love seat had a very strong mold and mildew odor-so strong we could not sit on it. The day we were leaving a 2 inch cockroach came running out of the bathroom.
