Dette stilfulde, åbent atelier lejlighed i El Raval, har kapacitet op til 3 personer.

En levende grøn farve ordningen funktioner i hele denne komfortable studie med en dobbeltseng og en enkelt sovesofa. Læne sig tilbage efter en lang dag med sightseeing i et levende område, hvor naturligt sollys preller af trægulve og lyser hele rummet. Dens 4 vinduer og 3 balkoner Wellcome solen og udsigten til den smukke torv med træer i fron af bygningen.

Der er et fuldt udstyret køkken og et badeværelse med bruser.

Der er air condition og varmelegeme.

Nespresso kaffemaskine til at nyde dejlig morgenmad. Mikroovn, overn, saftpresser, ...

Foret med udfører street kunstnere, malere og gademusikanter, berømte La Rambla Street ligger 10 minutters gang derfra. Sætter pris på nogle af Barcelonas smukkeste bygninger ved at gå i kun 2 minutters til Contemporary Art Museum, 7 minutter 'til National Library of Catalonien og 15 minutter "til Palau Güell.

There was no “winery experience” VRBO but you made me rate it anyway so I gave it 5 stars. Victor’s place was wonderful. Near La Rambla, the water, Old Born, the Metro (so convenient to all the Gaudi attractions), Mercato Bocaria, Plaça Reial. We had a fabulous “real” Barcelona experience.

The location is great. The trouble was NO HEAT. There were 2 small electric heaters that we had on all night. We did not want to leave them when we weren't there. The bathroom and kitchen were never warm. We stayed in January so the cold really effected us. There was some noise from the restaurant below but because we didn't have the windows opened it did not affect us. The place was very clean and in the center of town.

The property was as described with the promised supplies and devices. Although a small initial hiccup, the property owner resolved quickly and in an excellent fashion. That told us we had made the right decision in selecting this property. There were recommendations for dining provided that were spot on. There was also a cafe (Chula Vista) right outside the front door that had both good food and great staff.

Adorable apartment in groovy neighborhood

Central location, very comfortable and up to date. Loads of food shops and restaurants, steps away from the Boqueria. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots and pans for simple meal prep. Excellent experience.

Nice location but loud

Unfortunately, the guest staying before us smoked in the apartment so it smelled of cigarette smoke. Opening the windows helped but that also let in the noise. With the windows closed the noise is OK. It’s a great location.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

The location in the Raval could not have been more convenient to all the attractions of Barcelona's old town, metro access was nearby and easy, the neighborhood is young and vibrant. The apartment was perfect, can't imagine a better home base for our first time in Barcelona. Flor and Victor were extremely responsive and helpful.

Comfortable and Sunny Apartment

We spent 4 nights and felt very comfortable during our stay. We were able to walk to many sites from the apartment. The outside appearance isn't appealing, but once you are inside it is lovely, lots of sunshine which made the space feel spacious. The apartment had all that was needed and everything worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is clean and as described in the pictures. It is in a location that is easily walkable to most of the big touristic sites. Our only complaint is that it is very noisy at night from the bar directly below and the neighbourhood itself. Property manager was kind.

Neuve noches en El Raval

The stay was quite pleasurable. Many sights of interest were within walking distance, along with very good tapas and galician restaurants. There were many supermercats and other services in the area. The neighbourhood, however, looked a little sketchy for Old Barcelona, but we had no issues - it's a major city, with all that goes with that.

Excellent Location

Apartment is an amazing location and very nicely decorated. There is lots of space and the building itself was secure and quiet. Also, great to have a clothes washer! Be prepared for noise from the street (ear plugs are necessary). The check in process was confusing as we never received instructions and had to contact them. The bathroom had clearly been used just prior to our arrival :( and the kitchen needs a good cleaning.

Perfect for our needs

Definitely bright apartment, lots of light and windows. Neighborhood a little sketchy at night, but the Euro cup was happening and people were celebrating. The washer was a blessing and the place had all the amenities of home. Conveniently located to many shops and apartment sits above an awesome little restaurant that serves the best tacos ever! Marc was very accessible. We locked ourselves out late at night and he responded right away and got us back into the apartment. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed by the culture.

Outstanding Location for those who like to walk

We love to be able to get up in the morning and just go. This place was perfect, you could walk any direction and find something fun. The neighborhood was full of character and great people. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. We had enough room to spread out and loved having a little kitchen since we had leftovers from great restaurants more than once. Apartment is very bright during the day bed is firm and we slept great. It is on a very popular square. Everyone seems to love handing out there until late at night. We thought that was very cool.. Yes, it is a bit noisy so we slept with earplugs and have no complaint. Thank you Victor for all you help and suggestions while we were there and for the lovely bottle of wine. We did enjoy going across the street to Sexy Wines and having a glass more then once.

HUGE BED BITES BEWARE

Requested clean linens for filthy pillow, duvet cover for dirty comforter. 2nd day covered in BED BUG BITES !!!! Huge welts. Took picture for host. Clean linens did not arrive until night before we left…. 5 days. Would not recommend this until it was fumigated. Victor has not responded dealing with this issue. We would like half of our payment to be refunded.

Robin found a dirty pillow inside a very clean cover-pillow and a dirty duvet that both were kept on the top of the closet as we didn't expected in summer time with more than 30º Fharenheit in Barcelona, some one would use it as it is a very thik duvet. I am sorry he took it instead of the thin cover we ofer in summer time. But the worst accusation was to say that a bed bug bites them. We never had such a thing as we make big efforts to offer an excelent cleaning services. Still, we look for them after they left and never found them. Also Robin reports this supossed bed bug bites on the last night even though his bite apear on his neck the first day but still he slept 3 nights more before telling us something. Also he shows me a picture of his neck and din't look at all as a bug bites, but as a mosquito bite. Luckly it was just a imagine creation of Robin and we never found a single bed bug and no one else have reporter any cleaning issue neither as we have an excelent cleaning service.

As advertised— and that’s good!

We were very pleased to see that the property looked as expected and has a lot of character. It was well equipped and Victor’s colleague Marc was responsive by phone and messages, even if not showing up as expected when issues arose. None of those issues were serious. We really liked the neighborhood and the view from the windows. The A/C worked well and closing the windows blocked the street noise effectively. We experienced one serious safety issue on our last night. A family member closed an interior door without knowing that the door didn’t have a handle on the inside. My husband and I were locked in with no means of escape if such were necessary and we couldn’t get to the bathroom either. I’m sure they will get that fixed. All in all, we would recommend this place to others.

Bohemian Rhapsody

El Raval is the hipster neighborhood of Barcelona, replete with graffiti, thrift shops, tattoo parlors all around. The flat is located on the third floor above a sceney bar/restaurant called Fat Schmucks. We chose the location because it is very near the famed La Boqueria market and we were eager to sample food from a variety of stalls. The apartment is pretty much 'as photographed' and functions very well. Flor, the property manager, met us outside and toured us through the ins and outs of the apartment. She followed up and sent us some recommendations of museums and restaurants. Thank you Flor! The main living room/dining room/bedroom was comfortable and had lots of windows. The A/C was very efficient. The washer/dryer was a big plus, as we were on a three week trip through Spain. I might recommend that the owners replace the bed and the linens with more luxe appointments, as this would go a long way to giving the apartment a 4/5 star hotel feel. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in this colorful neighborhood of Barcelona. To be fair, we were probably on the older side of people who choose this location.

Great apartment in a colorful neighborhood!

This apartment is just as described! Very clean and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail. The air conditioner was nice for the hot days. However, it does leak, and we needed to make sure there were towels underneath so it didn't ruin the floors. Also, the drip was somewhat noisy. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to the metro and all the touristy areas of Barcelona. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for us

This place is just as pictured, very comfy and well stocked. We loved being in El Raval as it is vibrant and has a personality we enjoyed. SO close to most things that we walked pretty much everywhere even more distant sites. Short walk to La Rambla, shops, restaurants, the water. We would stay there again if we return and we hope to!

Delightful place to stay

Can't say enough about this darling property. Flor was in contact with us days before our arrival reaching out before, during and after. This attention to client was much appreciated. We had no issues but just knowing she was a call or text away was comforting. As for the apartment, you can't go wrong booking this location. It was perfect for two. We have been to Barcelona several times, staying in the Gotic area. I must say I enjoyed the Ravel neighborhood just as much. Then again, any area in the Old City is interesting. Close to the metro (Liceu was the stop we used the most), La Ramble, Boqueria Market, the Marina, it's all within walking distance this apartment is the place to stay. If you like to walk, get a City map from one of the tourist information centers, (just look for the red sign with the white capital I). As for amenities, the shower was amazing, hot water, perfect water pressure, the best we've had yet in our travels in Europe. Great blow dryer, don't bring one, the one supplied was 2200 watts of power, no cheap hotel blow dryer here. Nice size refrigerator, washer, no dryer but there is a drying rack that worked nicely. Not a standard coffee pot, but a "Nespresso" machine. Flor supplied the pods for it. Also, a electric hot water kettle, nice for tea. Full kitchen supplies should you decide to cook a few meals in home. The TV worked fine, internet was top speed. Comfortable bed, with extra pillow, and blankets in the cupboard. You will love the lighting the apartment has, open the windows and french doors and let the Barcelona air flow. Some evenings, especially Friday and Saturday nights folks are enjoying the late nights, no worries though, the A/C works great and once the windows are shut, virtually no ambient sound. To sum up, book this apartment, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy Barcelona, knowing you have a lovely place to return to at the end of the day.

The open big space with 3 small balconies and a nice window will give you a relaxing feeling of pleasure. Its wood floor, its big bed, NON Ikea forniture, new kitchen and bath, etc... All ready for you to feel in a sweat room of a 4/5 stars hotel. Trust me. But with the advantage of being in an apartment where you can enjoy cooking, you can be yourself without being disturb in the morning.

Also the neighborhood is ideal to discover the city. In center town but not too much touristic. And only 5' walking from Las Ramblas and Palau Guell
