Overall, this was a very nice place. Great views from both upstairs and downstairs porches. We just wished the kitchen supplies were better quality and the beds were not comfortable. We love the location and ease of checking in.

Views of harbor and the sea from front and back porches. Chill vacay in a very comfortable home. We were 6 adults but could easily accomodate a family with children.

Beautiful water view, and such a fun island. House worked great for our family, and so convenient that the golf cart was included. Great location right in middle of things. With the circular staircase I would not stay here if you had young, young kids but it wasn’t a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We have stayed at the yellow tail before and it continues to impress. The location to the dock is great for watching all of the boats passing through. I would recommend the yellow tail for all ages!

Great Vacation

We loved the house sitting on the balcony watching the boats in the harbor. House had everything we needed and the location was perfect and the views were fantastic

Spanish Wells Gem.

Very clean and well maintained. We loved the location as it was convenient to restaurants, ferry service and dock for boating. We would stay there again.

Really Enjoyed Yellow Tail

Had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Nice location. Harbourside Rentals did a great job answering any questions we had and was very responsive to our needs. Golf cart was great. Will definitely be back!

Great accommodations with an entertaining view!

Yellowtail was a great home away from home on Spanish Wells. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water and watching the boat traffic was the perfect way to start the day each day. Everything about the booking/check in process was a breeze and any issue we had was addressed immediately. We would definitely repeat a stay at Yellowtail!

This property is amazing! It is right on the harbor overlooking the ocean. I e enjoyed sitting out in the morning drinking coffee overlooking the water watching the boats go by. The location is great, central on the island. The house comes with a newer golf cart, that is all you need to get everywhere on the Island. We ate breakfast at Mae Blossoms, got coffee at Savannah’s, and don’t miss out on getting ice cream at papa scoops. This is a great house to explore all of Spanish Wells. If you do a charter or fishing trip you can call Lyndy to prepare the fish for your family or large group. She had everything ready for us with large sides, we did the home made mac and cheese and Cole slaw. The grouper was cooked so good. Lindy’s Corner Kitchen 242-524-1556. Look no further and book Yellowtail!!

Great location on the harbor!

Loved this spacious cottage on charming Spanish Wells! There was plenty of space for my family of five. I loved the spacious decks with great views of the harbor and the water/beach out back. Spanish Wells stole my heart, and I’m not sure there’s a bad location anywhere on the island! We would definitely stay here again. It’s about a 30 second golf cart ride from the beach, which is nice. Nothing is very far since it’s such a small island. This was a great home base for our vacation.

Yellowtail Cottage is great

Yellowtail cottage was wonderful, clean, spacious, and well appointed. Porches were great to sit and watch boats, people, and marine life. Upstairs has 2 king beds that were not listed in description. Golf cart was great to explore the islands. Kitchen needs more cookware and new knives

Yellowtail Cottage

We had an awesome stay at Yellowtail Cottage. The view of the harbor was great. The many different styles of boats coming in and out of the harbor was fun to watch. The management team and employees at Harborside rentals were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding where and what to do on Spanish Wells! We had a free golf cart and a discounted boat to explore the beautiful ocean and islands that are close to Spanish Wells. We will definitely be back to Yellowtail cottage!

Perfect home away from home

We are 2 couples, aged 66-74. We were led to this home after friends stayed here back in February. Mornings spent on the front porch with coffee, watching the dock. Days spent exploiting this beautiful island on the golf cart provided by the host. Wonderful community and the most beautiful beaches. Great food! Overall an amazing, serene, chill vacation. Would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you Spanish Wells community, Harborside, and also the Pinders.

Slice of Heaven

Yellow Tail never disappoints! We have stayed there a few times now and it is just a great place to stay especially if you have another couple. The 2 floors give you some privacy when needed and beautiful views when you just want to take a moment to relax and watch the passing boats! Andre and his staff are always so kind and helpful! Never disappoints!

We have stayed here several times and this visit we were surprised with new beds and furniture. A nice facelift. Sunrises from the deck are phenomenal. The harbour is active and fun to watch. Our golf cart was fast and even had Bluetooth speakers. Views from the decks cannot be beat. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Trip!

We had such an amazing time in Spanish Wells. The house was everything the listing said it was an more. We go to Spanish Wells every year and this was the first time staying on the canal side. It was so much fun to set out on the deck and watch the boats travel back and forth. It was its interesting to see that side of the island and how everything works. We have always stayed on the beach side but this was a nice change and we will stay here again. The house was a great location with plenty of room. 10/10 would recommend!

Best home rental ever

The below Cottage was perfect. The home was new and the finishing touches put a smile on my face the shoe weekend. It is great for a small family. We just rented the the bottom half of the cottage, but it would also be perfect for 2 couples or 2 small families. The decor was top notch, the location even better. We enjoyed the front porch and people watching. the price with the extra amenities CANT BE BEAT. If we make it back to Spanish Wells, we will stay in the Yellow cottage again. The owners were very easy to work with as well.

Exceeded My Expectations!

We've been vacationing in the Bahamas for 35 years. This house was super clean: furniture, kitchen, bedrooms. Top & bottom balconies are huge! So was upstairs bedroom. Loved the water view, sunrise and watching the boats go by. Quiet at night. Golf cart provided was not like the photo, it was almost brand new. We rented the dock across for our 26" boat, which was super convenient. We will rent this one again!

Great stay in Spanish Wells!!!

We had a wonderful 6 week stay in the Yellow Tail Cottage. All amenities were as described. The house is located right on the harbor which is awesome. You can sit out front and watch the boats come and go. Lots of fun. The house comes with a golf cart which is a definite PLUS!! This saves a lot of money and makes getting around the island easy. The beach is very close also. The layout of the house makes it ideal for 2 couples or families as you use the upstairs and downstairs as two separate but connected units or keep it all as one for a large group or family with kids. The house was built this year so everything is brand new. Andre, the owner, is always available if you need anything at all. Thanks for a great stay!!

Perfect fun in town location, watch the harbor!

Excellent property in a great location with a great view of the busy harbor. This was our second trip to Spanish Wells our previous stay was on Russell Island. This was a shorter stay (3 days) so we decided to stay "in town" - perfect for New Years celebration. House was fantastic, clean, well equipped, host was great and the included golf cart made the stay easy. Touring around Spanish Wells and Russell Island is a must on a golf cart. We enjoyed beaches, snorkeling, restaurants and local life. We love Spanish Wells and would recommend it and Yellowtail to anyone. The host set up our transport from the airport (taxi and ferry with Pinders) and met us at the dock with our golf cart - and the cottage is just literally a few hundred yards away. What a great stay everything was fantastic. We arrived early and they let us stow our luggage downstairs inside while we grabbed lunch and groceries. We spent the majority of our time on the upstairs deck with amazing views - and there are actually three decks two choose from - two upstairs and one downstairs. Bed's large and comfortable and cottage had everything one could want.

What a View!!!

This house is in a great location, quick drive to the beach, all day views of the busy harbor comings and goings which is high entertainment for us. The house is a bit dated but clean. The tile countertops with aged grout in the kitchen could stand replacement with fresh grout or a solid surface to help with cleaning, but over all it was a great house for the week. Check in was clunky as we came on a sunday when everything was closed and had to hunt around to find our go cart and keys to the house with no way to contact Mr. Sands. But we figured it out eventually. Beds are very comfortable and the linens are nice. Beach toys were plentiful at the beach location past the cemetary. Loved our time there!!!! DO NOT FLY SILVER AIRLINES....they are horrible at keeping schedules late in the day. If you must, take the first flight of the day they offer.
