Clean Quaint Bogue Shores Unit

Come spend some time at beautiful Atlantic Beach. Stay a week or just a weekend; either way you won't be disappointed. Atlantic Beach offers a peaceful family-friendly atmosphere but still offers plenty to do, such as a visit to Fort Macon, browsing local shops, dining out, movies, fishing, boating, or just hanging by the pool. There is also an aquarium less than 10 minutes away and there are charming neighboring towns like Morehead City and Beaufort that are great to walkabout, exploring the shops and trying out new restaurants. If you want a little adventure, there are boat tours and day trips to nearby islands where you can go shelling, see wild horses or just spend the day relaxing.

The condo is located at Bogue Shores Condominiums. Bogue Shores is a small two-story building that sits on the Bogue Sound and is right across the street from the beach. There is a large pool and separately enclosed baby pool on the property, as well as grills, a gazebo, a fishing dock and boat launch ramp. There is also a pathway with a pedestrian crosswalk that takes you directly from the property across the street to the beach.

The condo was just remodeled from top to bottom and is very clean. We take very good care of it and hope that you will too. The condo is one room, like a hotel room, with a bathroom and full kitchenette. There are two queen beds. Ideally 2-3 people would fit most comfortably, but 4 is the maximum. The bathroom is small and has a standup shower only. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, electric stovetop (no oven), microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There is a large flat-screen TV with cable and wifi available for your use. With linens and towels being provided for you, and the condo being equipped with essentially everything you need, we make packing and planning very easy on you! Checking out is also a breeze! For the most part, all you have to do is pack up your stuff and head out! Leave the cleaning to us!

How do I check in?
There is a lockbox on the door and you will be provided the code on your check in day.

When is check in?
Normal check in time is 4pm, but I always offer early check in when possible. If I can offer an early check in, I will let you know.

Where do I park?
You can park anywhere other than in the boat parking section. Parking passes must be kept on your dashboard. They are located inside the unit.

Perfect Location/Well kept property

Perfect last minute stay in Atlantic Beach on a college tour. Property was everything we needed for a few relaxing days at the beach. Clean and equipped with just the right necessities. Location is super, literally walk across the street to the beautiful, clean beach! Property is very well kept with cute relaxing area out back to enjoy peaceful view of sound, clean, sizable, uncrowded pool and neatly kept grounds. Owner was very responsive and accommodating of our last minute reservation request. Check in/Check out easy and no hassle. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!

Just Right!

This rental was just what we needed to get away for a few days. The location is great and we had everything we needed. We had a nice outdoor area for walking, grilling and watching the sun set!

Delightful

Exactly what we wanted! Stayed there at the same time as our friends staying in a different unit. Had a great time in the pool each evening after a day out on the water. It’s good to have friends w a boat 😜. We all just left for the day from our dock . Also the beach was less 5 min walk. Easy peasy. Great food nearby. Everyone there had a smile on his/her face- from the other patrons/owners to the fishermen on the dock to the yard maintenance guy :)

The studio condo was decorated beautifully! Nice television! The owner even sent us some snacks to have upon our arrival! Communication with the owner was quick and clear! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Crusty sheets at a remodeled motel without towels

I highly advise against staying at this motel property. While it looks updated and clean on the surface, you’ll find that on arrival and further inspection of this property that it is not sanitary (i.e., the sheets). The property owner lacks problem solving and communication skills to rectify the situation as well. Checking in was easy using the lockbox outside of the motel door, but be careful of the unsavory characters who loiter on the balcony of the property. The property lacked towels and when I notified Cary, the property owner, her response was “oh, that’s strange” rather than offering to provide us with towels. When I climbed into bed the first night of staying there, I also noticed there were stains on the sheets. Again, no offer to replace them in the following days. Just a “that’s weird—I’ll reach out to the cleaning company I use for the property.” While I understand it’s out of Cary’s control how her cleaning crew cleans, she made zero effort to rectify the situation (or at the very least, apologize). Cary’s poor communication really added salt to the wound of our horrible stay here. Unless you enjoy bringing your own towels, air drying yourself, or sleeping in crusty sheets, I would highly advise against booking this property.

Perfect Getaway

Adorable, immaculate, perfect location in proximity to the beach. Easy check in. Would definitely recommend for a beach vacation. There are even two beach chairs and two Pool floats for use. Host even has snacks waiting for you!

Great unit with everything you need. Fantastic beach access!

This is a great unit for the perfect beach getaway. The listing is very accurate regarding the location. It has amazing beach access right across the street. I was amazed how easy it was to cross the street right in front of the unit. When we arrived the unit was ready and was very clean. Simple access to unit provided by the owner. The owner Cary, provided amazing customer service. The first evening I had a question and basically didn't expect a response, but I sent her a message and I was amazed she responded with a few minutes. I would recommend this unit to all my friends. This would be our first choice now when we return to Atlantic Beach. Thank you Cary!

Great little condo

The condo worked very well for our needs. The beach was a very short walk away and the pool was fantastic too! We went to the aquarium one day and had a great time time. We used this place as a "home base" to combine a little vacation time with visiting my son up at Camp Lejeune. Cary was easy to work with. Would recommend for a couple or small family.

Perfect Condo

This little condo was perfect for our vacation. My husband and I brought our one year old to the beach for the first time. The condo was large enough to accommodate us and still give us room to move around. If I had to change a few things it would be the addition of a pan or two (there is only one) and a pot (there is 1 sauce pan and 1 medium pot perfect for pasta). However, we didn't cook much and certainly nothing complicated. The condo has a nice warm pool and is right across the street from the beach access. The beach was clean and not crowded It is convenient to many great restaurants in the area. We will be back!

Great place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Cary's condo. I loved that it was on the end of the complex which kept the noise to a minimum. The condo was great. It was plenty of space for a small family. I did not go to the beach to spend a lot of time in the room. Beach access was great, right across the street. The pool area was great for my son also. Cary was great to work with and easy to contact. Thanks for everything Cary!

Superb!!!

Family-Friendly and affordable says it all. This rental was nice, new and very clean. My daughter and I wanted at few days at the beach and this worked perfectly for us. All of the rental details are exactly as listed. Everything in the rental served us perfectly. Cary was very accommodating and we were very impressed on how she 'texted in' with us to make sure everything was ok. We loved the short walk to the beach and felt like it was a private beach. The pool was awesome and refreshing. We took in the aquarium, Beaufort and a drive to the end of Atlantic Beach. The grounds are well kept with outdoor swings, barbeque grills and picnic tables which we enjoyed using on a cool evening. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and will definitely keep this property in mind for our next trip to Atlantic Beach. We were totally relaxed and refreshed after our stay. Thank you Cary!

Great Spot with Everything You Need!

We just had a wonderful vacation stay at Cary's place. Cary, the owner, could not be more helpful and friendly. The condo has recently been refurbished so everything is brand spanking new. The beach access is great. Just walk across the street and you are there! The condo has all the amenities you need. We were there with our two kids, and we all slept great! The futon and the queen bed are both very comfortable. Lovely, updated bathroom, tile floors throughout, very nicely equipped kitchenette, large TV screen with cable. Everything was just perfect! We will definitely be returning next chance we get! Thanks again, Cary, for a wonderful time!

Perfect little getaway for two

My fiancé and I wanted to take a little last minute beach trip--something nice, but well priced. Cary's place was perfect! We booked it late Friday night, she texted me on Saturday morning saying it was all ours, and everything was ready for us on Sunday. Ceramic tile floor throughout, futon couch, nice and very comfortable queen bed, nice flat screen TV on the wall, cute little kitchenette (no oven, but there was a stove top and a small toaster oven--we didn't miss it though, who has time to bake at the beach??) Bathroom was very nice and clean, updated shower and sink. Everything was very nice and clean, pretty beach blue painted walls, white furniture and bathroom fixtures. The unit was also on the end, so we didn't hear any noise from other neighboring properties. Beach access right across the street, nice pool. The owner, Cary, was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed and that everything was alright. We got there early to have a morning on the beach before check in and she called the property manager to make sure our car would not be towed without a pass. She also contacted VRBO for me to check on the arrival of my refunded security deposit. Very kind and helpful! Will definitely keep this place in mind next time we want to take a quick trip!

There are several properties at Bogue Shores that are rentals. What makes us different is, we provide linens and towels, so you don't have to worry about packing and lugging that stuff along with you. The unit is fully equipped with all essential cooking items and utensils, as well as paper towels, tupperware, foil, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc. We also have the unit professionally cleaned, so not only do you stay in a super clean place, but you also don't have to worry about cleaning on your day of departure.
