A beautiful, exceptionally clean, charming, and cozy lakeside retreat offering a peaceful atmosphere and a warm, welcoming environment. The stunning lakefront location and convenient proximity to my hunting property in Hope made it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Tom and Cookie are excellent hosts. The cabin was immaculate and had what we needed in terms of amenities. The location is on the lake just as it is pictured. It is quiet and restful. One of the best places we have stayed in Wells.

My wife and I came up as a 29th anniversary relaxation trip. We were overwhelmed by the gorgeous and well-appointed cottage, and the owners Tom and Cookie are right next door. They were so helpful and accommodating in every way, but also unobtrusive. We just loved the setup, decor and we are already planning our return trip to stay here again. Cheers, to the lovely peaceful community of Wells!

Hi, Everything about the cottage and property was beautiful and relaxing. Tom and Cookie were the most gracious and helpful hosts and really provided everything we needed! The cabin was spotlessly clean and decorated gorgeously (we especially loved the duck theme!) The lake was quiet and the water was so clean and enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back! The cabin was amazing. The view was spectacular. Just wish the bed was a queen size that’s about the only problem we had. We were hiking. It was great even though I’m disabled I found a way to do it. Hope to see you again.
