Thank you for Choosing River Hill! It is such a great property with so many amenities, river views and river access. Good point that the Queen sleeper is in the sunroom with heat and AC. The single sleeper is in a separate sunroom without the ac. There are many windows to utilize the cool mountain evenings and nights. We are glad you enjoyed kayaking the river. Take Care! The game room, river, and lovely mountain atmosphere offers guests so much to enjoy. This cabin is located in a river community in Crumpler which is 20-25 minutes to Jefferson and West Jefferson for dining and shopping in town. The neighborhood is very friendly as long as guests are respectful. The road leading to the cabin is gravel and you must get a little speed up to crest the hill easily as it has a short steepness right before the cabin. Most guests in front-wheel drive can access it.
