Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We must, however, remark on your comment that "there are a lot of rules posted throughout the property." There is a note in the kitchen and also in the bathroom area. As seasoned Premier 5 * hosts and guests as well, over the past 12 years, our experience has told us that a well placed note in a specific area is more likely to be read than having too much information in the welcome package. We are on a septic system, and we need our city guests to be aware of that while they are in the bathroom area. Mistakes made incur a very significant cost of repair for us. We host guests of all ages, from all walks of life. We believe a couple of notes for guests to be mindful helps keep things running smoothly and thus benefits everyone.

We're glad you enjoyed your second visit. Regarding the loveseat; the TV swivels which makes the bed the perfect place to snuggle and watch TV with all the cozy blankets, duvet and pillow. We cater to a wide variety of guests and find that the reclining feature of the separate comfortable chairs in the living area is more generally suitable than a loveseat would be.
