Beliggende i centrum af kysten af naturparken Cabo de Gata. Meget roligt område
Huset har to etager. Stueetagen består af stue med lille terrasse, køkken med terrasse på cirka to kvadratmeter og et toilet. Ovenpå består af to soveværelser og et komplet badeværelse. Et af værelserne har en dobbeltseng på 150 cm, og det andet værelse har 2 enkeltsenge. I dobbeltværelset er der en terrasse. Der er en sovesofa i stuen.

Alojamiento agradable

Alojamiento sencillo, agradable y tranquilo, aunque el anuncio es un poco equivoco: sugiere que es una casa independiente y se corresponde con un adosado.

Gracias por tu comentario Elias. El Anuncio dice textualmente que es muy independiente tal como has podido comprobar por su ubicación y porque solo está adosada en parte de su lateral de orientación Este, quedando la orientación Sur, Oeste, Norte y parte de Este sin adosar a ninguna edificación. Os recomiendo visitar el Cabo en Primavera , el paisaje es completamente distinto. Hasta la próxima!

Buenas vacaciones.

Muy contento y satisfecho con la casa. A un paso de la playa del pueblo Muy acogedora y con todo lo necesario. Toda la ropa, utensilios y estancia muy limpios. La encargada de la limpieza, Carmen un encanto y Esther la propietaria, muy servicial y atenta desde el primer momento. Muy buenas vacaciones.

Esther, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful person. She is always reachable for gives good advices. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

El trato, la ubicación y tranquilidad de la casa y el pueblo son excelentes. Y las playas de la Isleta, arena espectacular

In Isleta del Moro kann man schöne Ferien verbringen

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liegt ruhig ( wenn nicht gerade die Strassen aufgerissen werden, wie wir es an den letzten 2 Tagen erlebten). Kein Meerblick. Als Nachteil emfanden wir, dass die Wohnung sehr schnell übergeben wurde, diese Frau aber nicht angeben wollte oder durfte, wo sie wohnt. Bei Problemen mit der Haustüre und dem Kochherd mussten wir die Besitzerin in Madrid anrufen!

Schöner Ort, tolle Lage, wunderbares Strandlokal in der Nähe.

Sehr unkomplizierte Vermittlung und sehr freundlich. Der Ort und die Lage sind wunderbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Im Winter sollte man warme und kuschelige Kleidung dabei haben, da es trotz Elektro Heizung recht kühl ist. Alles in allem zu empfehlen. Vielen dank. Stefan

Magnífico sitio

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en la Isleta del Moro. Gran sitio, con poca gente, con playas y paisajes espectaculares. La casa está muy bien, la propietaria la tiene decorada con gusto y tiene todo lo necesario. Como recomendación, sería deseable tener ventiladores en todos los cuartos. Gastan poco y aliviarían el calor en los días con poca brisa. Por lo demás, tanto la atención como la limpieza de 10. No se puede decir lo mismo de HomeAway. Te obligan a pagar el 100% antes de la estancia y tardan mucho en devolverte la fianza. Si te interesa el buceo, deja que la propietaria te aconseje. David y su equipo de La Isleta Centro de Buceo son estupendos.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung

La Isleta ist ein sehr schönes Örtchen im Cabo de Gata. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie liegt ganz am Ende der neue bebauten Siedlung, die beiden Balkone haben einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Natur ringsum, der Weg zum Strand nur 5 Minuten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch sehr angemessen die Matratzen sind gut, der Ausblick aus dem Fenster hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen. perfekt!!!

The apartment was very good, it is at the very end of the new built-up area, the two balconies have a beautiful view of the nature around, the way to the beach only 5 minutes. The equipment of the apartment is also very adequate the mattresses are good, the view from the window excellent. We recommend. Perfect!!!" ***** "Muy buen departamento en un ambiente muy agradable La Isleta es un pueblo muy agradable en Cabo de Gata. El apartamento era muy bueno, está al final de la nueva área urbanizada, los dos balcones tienen una hermosa vista de la naturaleza alrededor, el camino a la playa a solo 5 minutos. El equipamiento del apartamento también es muy adecuado, los colchones son buenos, la vista desde la ventana es excelente. Muy recomendado Perfecto !!! "

Peaceful Area

If you enjoy remote areas and enjoy hiking this is a great area! Seven days was a few days too long for my friend and I even with day trips to Granada, Nijar, San Jose and other close by attractions. Upon arrival we were met by a local woman who didn’t speak any English and was very “rushed” in the orientation of the house. In this rural area due to limited power supply the power goes off periodically for about 5 minutes or so at a time so ensure you have a flashlight handy at night. After finding a dead cockroach the first night we asked if there was another house we could transfer to but was told it was not possible. If we spoke Spanish we would have felt comfortable leaving this location earlier but were not certain we would find other accommodations. In regards to the house: Pros: Clean (although a dead cockroach was found on first day which we were told was “odd”, we didn’t see anymore after the first day), washer and a clothes line to dry clothes, secure doors and windows, second half bath was nice to have, spacious and quiet (no road traffic) Cons: No toilet paper when we arrived so Esther asked the local women to bring over a few rolls, when we ran out we were told that we had to buy our own. Unclean blankets, no soap, one dish towel (it would have been nice to have two). The walls are paper thin so when the neighbours would leave their dog in the morning when they left for work he would cry for around 30 minutes, we would also hear him late at night when we assumed the owners would go out for the night.

In response: I think that your comments a little negative about your experience are due to the fact that you did not clearly understand the house rental habits in Spain: - Toilet paper just like any other product of personal consumption is not included when you rent a house in Spain. For courtesy, in our house you will always find a couple of rolls of toilet paper on arrival. If it was not, it was for a little forgetfulness, but this did not cause you any serious problem because 10 minutes after you asked for it, a person went to the house to take it. What we could not attend was your request to return toilet paper after 6 days of your stay, on Sunday afternoon. Sorry but it's not a hotel, it's just a rental house. - Regarding the cockroach, you are the first person to complain about that subject and you can check it in the amount of positive references that there is about our house in Homelidays. -The blankets like the rest of the bedding in the house are always spotlessly clean and there have never been any complaints. -the person who waited for you at the arrival of the house, went to look for you while you went around with the car quite lost, to take you to the same door. I do not know if you can expect some more service but certainly not in our country. - Regarding the problem you had with the power goes off, maybe you do not remember that I explained to you that it had been a general problem in the town due to the nearby storm. It is not usual as you could check the rest of your stay. -Yes, the person who received you does not know any English but she has never had any problem giving the keys to people of different nationalities: English, French, Dutch, Italian, German ... perhaps for her sympathy. -When renting a house in Spain, is not included an online service of tourist guide. Even so I answered the continuous sms that you sent me the first two days. Finally, for your information, if you ever rent a house again in Spain I inform you that it is also customary to take the garbage to the clean points located to deposit it. I mention it for the quantity of plastic bottles and 7 bottles of wine that You left without recycling. I recommend that in the near future you decide to choose a hotel instead of a rental house because in Spain the type of service that your demands does not exist and that is why your degree of satisfaction is so low. 4.10-12.10 2017 8 Tage zum Genießen

Schönes Apartment sehr ruhige Lage, mit Sicht auf die Berge. Mitten im Nationalpark sehr zentral gelegen. Auto ein muss da kein Busverkehr vorhanden. Trampen nach langer Wanderung zurück zum Ort sehr einfach. Der Ort selber (La Isleta del Moro) beschaulich mit einem kleinem Tanta Ema laden und jeden morgen mit frischen Brot. Der Nationalpark ist sehr schön zum Wandern und Bademöglichkeiten finden sich an den vielen Buchten zuhauf . FKK überall möglich außerhalb der kleinen Dörfer.

Vacaciones inmejorables

Han sido unos dias increibles en un entorno incomparable. El duplex fue perfecto, super tranquilo y al lado de la playa. Muy limpio y cómodo. Tambien mencionar los restaurants de la Isleta. En general unas vacaciones de ensueño. Repetiremos.

Estupendo

Dúplex bonito y con camas muy cómodas.Lo mejor,la ubicación. Está situado en un pequeño pueblo pescador muy tranquilo en el corazón del parque natural,a muy poca distancia en coche de las calas más bellas. Quizá pueda echarse d menos algún ventilador más,solo hay uno en la casa y costaba dormir sin él en plena ola d calor.

Normalmente en la Isleta la Brisa está garantizada y en la casa también al tener ventanas a 3 orientaciones distintas , quizá por eso solo hay un ventilador pero agradecemos su sugerencia y tómamos nota por si se se repite. Nos alegramos de que haya disfrutado la casa y Cabo se Gata.

"Le cadre de cette locati...

"Le cadre de cette location (Isleta del Moro) au coeur de Cabo de Gata vous enchantera certainement. Petit village tranquille, appartement duplex très propre, très calme, des petites terrasses pour respirer le bon air. Un propriétaire sympathique simple et arrangeant, et Carmen une adorable voisine qui s''occupe de vous accueillir avec les clés. Bref tout va bien dans cet appartement ds un budget très raisonnable. Un petit changement de matelas serait sans doute à prévoir bientôt pour plus de confort nocturne. Gracias"

"Proprietario, casa e con...

"Proprietario, casa e contesto perfetti! Il villaggio è veramente una perla nel verde assoluto del parco di Cabo de Gata. Molto silenzioso e perfetto per una vacanza di famiglia e di mare. Macchina necessaria per gli spostamenti. La casa è molto pulita, in una zona molto tranquilla con spiagge raggiungibili a piedi e in posizione eccezionale per escursioni varie. Il proprietario è molto gentile e fa affidamento su una signora del luogo altrettanto gentile e disponibile. Contiamo di tornarci presto."

"Casa confortevole e ben attrezzata. Località tranquilla, ottima base per visitare anche le altre località del parco naturale. Sarebbe utile indicare meglio nell''annuncio la posizione della casa, all''estremità del centro abitato e che richiede (specialmente con bambini) l''uso dell''auto per andare alla spiaggia del paese (300-400 m di strada in salita al ritorno dalla spiaggia)."

"Very peaceful place in a small village. Close to the house there is a nice beach with sand and rocks (about 5 minutes walk). You can found other lovely beaches with the car. The house is in googd condition and quite big. The washing machine was very useful."

"C'est le lieu parfait pour des vacances réussies et reposantes. L'appartement est très bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et Carmen, qui s'occupe de l'entretien et de la proprété de l'appartement, est une personne charmante et très accueillante."

"Voici quelques jours que...

"Voici quelques jours que nous avons retrouvé nos habitudes, mais l'atmosphère de la location et son environnement ne nous quittent pas. Bien sûr que nous avons trouver les lieux très soignés, mais en plus, la qualité des finitions fût une bonne surprise, d'autant que tout est fonctionnel. L'accueil de Carmen, chargée de nous remettre les clés, est à souligner, dans une ambiance très sereine bien qu'à une heure très avancée dans la nuit. Quant aux jours qui suivirent, sa gracieuse disponibilité fût confirmée. Nous avions oublié les bruissements d'ailes de mouche, dûs à l'absence quasi totale de bruits de moteur : un vrai bonheur. La vue est un peu réduite, mais fait apprécier l'aspect désertique de l'endroit, surtout côté loggias S/séjour et chambre. Au total, ce fût une très bonne expérience, à réitérer, si les défenseurs du parc sont écoutés. Alain C. "
