There's a side to this Jeff is leaving out. He never read the email we sent about checking in and just shows up to the apartment around 8:45 am and starts calling me saying he is here. Check in is 1pm. I told him we can get him in maybe around noon. Our guy Santiago got dressed took a taxi from Itaqui and got him in at 11:00. In today's time if you inform someone that they didn't read something or decide that it's ok to show up whatever time they like because they are all that matters you get a review that says this. He leaves out that the internet went down while he was staying and we were on the phone same day to get it up back and running for him and it took us 1 hour on the phone to try and make him happy. But in the end after a week of him staying here He writes this. Anything he needed we took care of right away even the shower had some issues. Called the HVAC company for him and again writes me that "Not Cool man", because at the end of working on it all day they just got one of the showers working with hot water and needed another day to fix it why he was out and no one told him just one was working. I think people just don't get it is a apartment in Colombia and not a hotel like(Jeff). Addressing the hot Tub you fill it with hot water you turn on the jets . What is a hot tub really but a big hot bath with jets, I don't know what was missing? Water gets cold pull out the plug drain some water plug it back add more hot water. It's not rocket science. The Re fridge was to cold you were there for a week why not say something ? We fixed every other issue you came up with. No one here runs to fix things right away like us unless your in a hotel which he clearly should have booked. This all stems from me reminding him check in is 1pm which is two hours earlier then most here and I still got him in at 11am to try and make this guy happy. When he wrote me it's not cool about one shower not working right, I offered to move him for free to a bigger apartment to which he never even responded. Workers in daily is a lie 3 days yes. Two to address the hot water and 1 to address the internet. We asked you to be there so we don't get a call my laptop is missing. Place was immaculate at check in. What more would you want from owners of a apartment? Today we get threats for bad reviews if we don't let people stay past check out or come in before check in. They describe us as monsters. When in fact maybe the real monster is how they behave.

There are always 3 sides to the story. We were aletered there was no hot water. Under 10 hours later we had a plumber and electrician there to fix it. He contacted me over what's app and told me he was a world traveler and in 2017 this shouldn't happen. Which I really didn't have a answer for because it was just the kind of comment you know your not going to be able to reason with anyone over. Some people are hotel people and he moved into the charlee hotel which costs for 3 nights what we charge for a week. So I don't even see how you can compare the two. Everything is fixed. We just add new mattress toppers to both beds. This apartment has Ac, a hot tub. Middle of it all and about $80/night for a two bedroom.

Seriously there's a disclaimer here your inside the bar zone. Why book here if you don't want any noise. He never communicated with us once he was unhappy. We could have moved him. But again there's a freaking disclaimer that says your in the middle of bars and restaurants and at this moment some construction next store. Ants? Seriously. Your at the equator if you leave out food ants come. Never once did he email us. We have our own exterminator. We would have done something about it. Again he never wrote us. You have to communicate with your hosts if your not happy we own other places. Second if your sensitive to noise why book park Lleras that's almost comical. We have people who love this place downstairs is all the bars and restaurants. Officina is below with the most beautiful women in the world. Anyway sir think of staying at a hotel in the future. Or communicate with the hosts and don't book the bar zone if noise is something you can't deal with.
