Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and provisions were great. Have to say this was the cleanest seasonal rental I have ever rented. Garden City Realty is great to work with. The only reason we are not renting again is that there was no place to store or lock our bikes.

Clean. Roomy. Nicely decorated. Kitchen utensils stocked up, pots and pans stocked up. Had a problem with hot water when we arrived. Called realtor and someone was there within 45 mins. Problem fixed in half hour. Comfortable, relaxing. Will stay again.

A great beach vacation was had by all!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floral Villa B8 was our beach home for two fun filled weeks. We had 3 generations of family together for our summer vacation. The unit was very comfortable for all. Decor is very beach themed. Bedding was plenty and very comfortable. The deck outside of the living/dining rooms was the best! The pool is so big and the outside area is very spacious for all to enjoy at the same time! Wi-Fi was spotty and way too many remotes to figure out the tvs (in all the rooms) but the place itself outshines the minor concerns. Would definitely return to this villa.

Did the job

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival everything seemed ok. Very limited parking without our vehicles sitting out in the road. The front door was very hard to unlock. The bathrooms were teeny tiny. The locks to the balcony doors didn’t work half of the time. No trash bags for the cans., you just imagine after you pay this much for ya place for one week that it would be nicer. The beds were uncomfortable.

Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were thrilled that we were able to get in the condo by noon. With 2 small grandchildren, that was a big help. Thank you!! The condo was so clean (just a few carpet stains in master bedroom) and having the pool so close (and the beach across the street) was so convenient. We had the best vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo's decor is well done. The beds were very comfortable. Great location right across the street from the beach. Pool is huge and convenient. We had a very nice time. The only thing I would recommend is replacing some of the spoons. I think they may have been caught in the disposal a time or two. Thanks

B8 - wouldn't stay there again!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Floral Villa for many years in several different units and know they vary on quality, amenities, etc. We originally booked the unit below, but because that unit was sold we were asked to take B8. The unit is in serious need of updating. The couches are covered because the pleather couch and chairs are shedding plastic. The carpet was very old and held onto a serious smoke smell (we are non smokers and didn't know this was a smoking unit). we had issues with the dryer and the blinds in the back room. Both bathroom showers are very old and stained/damaged. The outdoor furniture and cushions are falling apart. This was NOT our best floral villa stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was nice. It is probably great in the summer time. We happen to come when the weather was cold and had a snow/ice storm. But, we did the best we could. First time staying in Surfside, usually stay in Garden City. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Over It

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I had a fantastic vacation, the accommodations left a lot to be desired. We were pleased that they let us get our key early, but I have to say the place where we stayed was filthy. Several light bulbs were burnt out. This is a high volume area so I understand that it would be difficult to adequately clean. This has always been our experience when we stay in this area. We do so because this is where our family has vacationed for years. However, I think we are all in agreement that another beach may be a better option. Every time we stay at other beaches like Topsail, Ocean Isle, Emerald Isle or even North Myrtle, the places are cleaner.

Not the worst, not the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to bring our own linens only to see how stained the pillows and mattress covers were. The garbage disposal broke on day one and the dishwasher backed up into the sink until it was fixed (luckily the same day). The air filter was disgusting and had to be changed as well. Overall it was in a great location, close to the pier, beach, stores, etc. Checkout was at 10am and the inspector was there at like 8:30am. We felt very rushed to be out and didn't appreciate being watched by a stranger, especially with 2 small children! It was just odd. I would stay again but would bring pillows and bleach all mattress covers before making beds!
