Jesolo Lido - tre værelser mod havet - stor terrasse - stueetagen - privat strand og parkering

Thanks Steven, very kind of you. As they say, we always try harder :-)

Thanks Rita! See you next time.

Hello Helmut, thanks for you review. The 'mood' of an apartment is highly subjective. We have: windows, terrace, air conditioning, self check-in lock, showers and so on that have been recent renovated. some items (lamps, table etc...) come from the seventies because they are design items. I'm sorry you got this opinion about the flat.

Hello, about the hose and the sofa bed: they were ok before the guest checked in. They were not ok during or after the guest checked out. That's simple. The maid sweared the hose was ok before the check in since she uses the water to clean the premises. In the end the guest paid for the hose because, as he himself says: " Gleich am ersten Tag ist der Wasserschlauch im Bad kaputt gegangen. " So the hose got broken during the stay and had to be paid. Thanks (and simple). I did not charge the guest for the sofabed not being sure it was his responsibility.I paid 30 euros for the spare change. Nevertheless these damages not due to the age since the hose was pretty new, windows, air conditioning, front door, beds ets are recent and working.

Grazie!!

Grazie Tatiana!!

Hello Katerina, thanks for your review. Sorry about the price; considering the apartment is really well equipped - as other guests say - the price is an average price in that area and the fact you 'feel' the price high and that obliges you to choose another travel destination i think it's not related to the flat, maybe to your budget.

Hello Andrew, thanks for you review. What can i say. Everything was good, in the end :-) and i'm happy bout that. About the kitchen. I'm going to renovate the apartment this winter and next year we 'll probably have a new kitchen :-) Andrew and his family have been normal guest, punctual, clean and nice :-) Thanks Michele

Grazie Antonina! Non potevo sperare in meglio !:-) Peccato solo che nel vostro caso il tempo non sia stato troppo clemente. Michele

Hello Gerard, thanks for your review. A "lave-vaisselle" would be also my wish but as you have seen the kitchek is a sort of 'american kitchette' :-) so that there is no room for a a "lave-vaisselle". Thanks and see you next time. Michele

Thanks folks!! :-) About the living+dining and the kitchen: the living+dining is not that small, let' say the truth!:-) The kitchen is an 'american kitchen'. In this case i could agree but i really hope my guests won't spend too much time int the kitchen during their holidays :-) Expecially women :-) Moreover i also provide a supplentary freezer into the laundry in order to store your meat or ice cream.

Grazie! Piccola correzione: i metri per arrivare al supermercato non sono 200 ma solo 50, suvvia :-)
