Indeholder lyst udstyret køkken, stort soveværelse med queensize-seng i stor størrelse støder op til det rene og pæne badeværelse med badekar og bruser. Det andet soveværelse har 2 enkeltsenge. Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the guest house. Our kids loved being able to help feed and take care of the horses and ponies!!!

Perfect Getaway

We had a perfect stay! The home was clean, cozy, and nestled in a beautiful location. What truly made it special was the host—so kind and welcoming. My kids and I got to help feed the horses and explore the property, which was such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back! This would also be an amazing spot to rent with friends, as there are three rentals on the property. Highly recommend!

Great Place to stay

My family had a great time staying at this property. The kids loved seeing the horses and playing with the barn cats. The pool was nice and clean. Would definitely book a stay here again. Thanks Susan and Mark!

Vacation in Cleveland area

The Cottage is awesome and the owners were amazing. They were very nice and made our stay very comfortable. There is a ton to do locally near the cottage - but we were able to travel three times to Cleveland during the 5 day stay to visit the city - which we loved. Overall - a very relaxing 5 days and so much fun!

Peaceful Place to Unplug

The house had everything we needed for a family of 4. The property itself was big and the kids spent a lot of time outside which is everyone’s preference. Although rain tried to interfere everyday, we made the most of it. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The kids loved the roaming barn cats and being able to interact with the ponies and horses. There were trails at the back of the property I would have liked to explore more but the rain prevented that. We’d love to come back. This is 1 house of 3 rentals on the property and would make it a great place for a multi family trip.

Tranquill Setting in Hinckley OH

Very lovely rental in a pastoral setting. The home was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you might need to cook in, including spices and coffee, etc. We enjoyed the horses on the property and the barn cats. Nearby Medina square was nice to visit with shops and restaurants. Favorites were Sully's Irish Pub and Timber Lodge. Also, there is a huge antique mall. We had rain so did not get to use the trails or the in ground pool. But it looked very nice, water temp was perfect and floats provided along with lighting for night swimming. There are two other rentals on this property that are equally as lovely. Ours had a western cowboy theme, another is a beautifully updated farmhouse, and there is an updated cabin. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location.

We had plans in Medina and Cleveland on this trip. This house was located right in the middle and made for a short drive to both directions. It was nice and quiet, and beautiful scenery. My daughter enjoyed petting the horses. Everything in the house was top-notch.

Great stay!

My husband and I just wanted to get away with our granddaughters for a few days. We chose this place because of the access to the animals and the pool and were not disappointed! Susan and Mark could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They let us use the golf cart and Mark even brought us some delicious Handel’s ice cream! The girls loved feeding the horses and barn cats and we spent several hours in the pool. The grounds are very well cared for. We would love to come back!

Lovely

Spent the weekend here with my 94 year old grandmother. The house was good. Needs a little paint and decor update but very comfy. The host made this trip for us… he took us all around the property on the golf cart since my grandmother could not walk it. The grounds are so pretty and this just made our day! Highly recommend any of their homes on this lovely farm!

Best trip ever!

My family stayed at River Road Farmhouse to visit family in the area and now, we will never stay anywhere else! The rental home and farm were breathtaking and picturesque. Susan and Mark were gracious and helpful hosts. My kids love horses and were beyond excited to help feed and care for the three horse that live at River Road Farmhouse. We spent our time exploring the wooded trails along the river, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, swimming in the huge in-ground heated pool, and relaxing on the enormous comfy patio. I can’t say enough about how magical this place is. Thank you, Susan and Mark!

The best girls weekend ever. Wonderful accomodations, wonderful hosts.

The Hinkley horse farm guest house was wonderful. The hosts were terrific, making sure our needs were met and then leaving us alone for our girls weekend. The guest house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was hot, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware etc., ... for all our meals. We loved the pool, it was warm and perfect for the sunny & cloudy days. The horses and the kitties were so entertaining. We all enjoyed watching and listening to the different varieties of birds and all the bird feeders. Lots of space on the property to hike around. We went to town, we were very close to Medina for a little shopping in the Historic Town Square. I would highly recommend the Hinkley Horse Farm. I think we may have another girls weekend there in the future. You won't be disappointed.

Relaxing and Comfortable

We stayed for 3 nights. The guest house is as described. It's small but comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It was myself, my husband and our 2 kids, 9 & 12. Amazingly, the hot water was plentiful when all 4 of us showered one after the other. There are plenty of lounging spots outside along with Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Ralph was very nice and built our fire for us. He also gave us marshmallows and the tools we needed to roast them. The house is well equipped with everything you could need. The only negative is that the creek and paths that are referred to in the listing are extremely difficult ton access so we didn't get to enjoy that part. That was actually the reason we booked an extra night there. We all enjoyed the pool and there are ample rafts and other pool accessories. It's close to Cuyahoga nature paths. Overall, it was a relaxing stay.

Cabin in the Woods

My Wife and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this by far was our most favorite! The house: there are 3 rentals available on this property, each of them professionally decorated, super clean and equipped with everything that is needed. We stayed in the house at the back of the property for the privacy and beautiful setting. The property: 30 beautiful acres loaded with nature galore! We watched the deer move around the property in the evening. We walked the trails all over the property and along the river. We purchased apples and fed the horses daily. The location: Hinkley Park entrance less than 2 miles from driveway. CVNP within 10 minutes. Grocery Store, restaurants, shops, etc 10 mins. Major interstates 5 mins. Awesome location to get to Akron and Cleveland. The hosts: Susan and Mark were amazing hosts. We felt and were treated like family during our stay. The entire property is truly a reflection of their hard work and passion. We concluded that we felt like we were staying on the “Dutton Ranch” in Yellowstone. We are looking forward to returning this fall!

Our stay at Hinckley was idilic. The location of the property is in a picturesque neighbourhood, with beautiful surroundings. The house was well appointed and suited us very well. Susan, Mark and Mike were perfect hosts, always there if we needed them, super friendly but left us to our own devices. We couldn’t wish for a better stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks so much for having us stay, we had a blast! X
