Nyrenoveret, velholdt byhus med 6 parkeringspladser ud for gaden. Fuldt udstyret køkken med nye apparater og bordplader af granit. Weber gasgrill ud fra køkkenets stueniveau. Master soveværelse med badekar, to andre soveværelser, der deler en gang badeværelse. Der er også en hems, der fungerer som et ekstra familieværelse / soveværelse med indbygget seng / sofa med 55 "UHDTV. Udendørs bruser. Hvert værelse har sit eget dæk med udsigt over bugten. Ny central luft, fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. 3 Kabel HD-tv, BluRay og DVD / VCR, højhastighedsinternetadgang (wi-fi). We had a very nice stay. Very good communication from the owner. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The location was wonderful. It was quiet and laid back but was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and most importantly a wonderfully short walk to the beach. You have to cross one main street but there is a crosswalk so it is easy. It was a pain having to bring our own towels, sheets, etc. but it seems all of the rentals in the area require you to provide your own. We do plan to go back next year and if it is available, would stay here again.

Plenty of space, great location

We enjoyed our stay here as a group including two teens, parents and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone, well-maintained home in a great location. Walk to the beach was easy. Communication was excellent throughout!

Great location

The location was great owner was very responsive in communication. Quiet residential street on the bay. We crossed one street to get to the beach. It was a main road but there is a crosswalk and light so it made it easy. We could easily walk a few blocks to be in all the action of the bars and restaurants.

Great Vacation House in Dewey Beach

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this townhouse in Dewey Beach. It has a great location between the beach and the bay... views of the bay and a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Everything in the town of Dewey Beach is within easy walking distance. The Jolley Trolley stop isn't too far away for a quick ride into Rehoboth Beach too. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and an additional loft area. Lots of decks off bedrooms and family room --- some with views of the bay. Two additional decks off loft at top of house for relaxing and enjoying. It's great that the house is not too close to the road or to the loud establishments, but you can hear the road noise from the decks (not a big deal to us though.) Full, upgraded kitchen with bar stools at counter and big table worked well for us. Lots of parking available with 2 spots under the carport and additional spaces next to the house. From a technology standpoint, house has decent wi-fi and multiple TVs and DVDs... so that all worked well; but the main TV, although a modern, flat screen, is quite small (if you're a TV lover like me.) The owner was very responsive to all of my communications and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had about the rental property both before and after booking. The security deposit was returned very quickly after we got back home. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay at the house and would recommend it to others looking for a great spot at the beach.

Communication with Lou was excellent! Great location, super easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely rent this property again!

Lou was easy to work with and the place was perfect for our family.

Easy process. Feel lucky that we slipped in after a cancellation. Plan on returning next summer.

Great quiet location!

Lou was great and attentive - texting him was easy and we were able to reach out thruout our stay with any questions that came up. Location is great - its a short walk to the beach and in a quiet location with lots of parking (we had three cars). Its a short drive to the boardwalk which didnt bother us. Overall our stay was great - thanks Lou!

Beautiful house and excellent location

Amazing house - nice living area on the top floor with enough place for 2 families. Great location - it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Owner is very responsive and communicated all directions well. Stocked with some nice fiction books, had loaned us his beach chairs too. We loved staying the week here and want to come back again next summer ! It’s in a lot of demand and we lucked out booking the only week open this season :)

Perfect Family Vacation!!

We could not have had a better experience! The property was exactly as it appeared in the listing and was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was super nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus! I would definitely book a future stay here and recommend it to my friends!

Clean & Comfortable

We enjoyed the tons of space in the very clean and comfortable property. My two daughters loved hanging out in the loft area. The location is great. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner was available for any questions throughout our stay. We are hoping to plan another stay here. Highly recommend the rental.

Nice, nice, nice

A long weekend to celebrate my birthday with family (husband, son, daughter in law, 2 grandchildren, and dog) couldn’t be better. Perfect location, dog friendly beach, clean townhouse, safe place for kids. Nice, nice, nice.

Spring break getaway with kids & dog

Very much enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a nice stretch of Dewey Beach, which we more or less had to ourselves in late March-early April. Lou is a conscientious and engaged host and really looks after guests.

Easter stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Dewey Beach at Lou’s place. It is very comfortable, convenient, and scenic. Lou was accommodating and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay.

Great property in a wonderful location

It was very clean and bright. The rooms were all as described. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes from door to sand. We had a lovely time and would recommend this property to others.

Just what we wanted!

We were five humans and one dog -- mom, dad, young adult daughter & son, son's girlfriend, and a Great Dane -- and we were all very happy. It was an easy walk to a very nice part of the beach -- adjacent to private beach so somewhat less crowded than other areas. The house had plenty of room for us to be together and apart. We had a great time!

Great weekend getaway!

The property is very well maintained and stocked with your everyday essentials. The location is great because the beach and local restaurants are walkable, but you aren’t in the middle of the crowds & late night scene. The house is very comfortable and clean with amazing sunsets over they bay. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Location and Property

The house was perfect, great location and size. The views from the decks were amazing. The check in and check out process were easy as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Father of five children who treats this vacation home as our home. We rent part time when the children have sports and other activities that detour us from the beach. This creates a desirable rental property that is clean and well maintained.

Quiet block in southern Dewey Beach two blocks below the Rusty Ruddy. Lovely home with all the amenties of your own home. Perfectly located within walking distance of all that Dewey Beach has to offer. You can bike to Rehoboth Beach or take the Jolly Trolley. The Delaware State Seashore park is on our door step. We have been coming to Dewey Beach our entire life and this property was carefully selected. This townhouse is well maintained. We take pride in this property and it shows when you stay here as our guest.

This property is in excellent condition with all the modern amenities for a perfect vacation. Great location with amazing views of the bay and a short walk to the ocean/beach. It is located walking distance to the restaurants, but a away from the hustle and bustle. (GREAT week day rental opportunities in the summer)
