Super séjour !!!

Antonio est un hôte très attentionné, la maison est propre et bien équipée. Nous n’étions que 4 dans toute la location donc nous avons pu profiter des transats et de la grande piscine pour nous tout seul c’était top !!! Nous recommandons cette location.

"Emerald property is clea...

"Emerald property is clean and tidy with a large balcony and good sized rooms. A very nice property. If you are English and want a kettle then bring a travel kettle with you otherwise there is everything you will need. Emerald villa is on the first floor above the owner Antonio. Antonio was an excellent host providng wine and coffee on the first night when we hadn''t had time to get any. We also had a great meal on our last night with him. Good wine, food and company. The villa is part of 5 situated around a salt water swimming pool which is lovely. Swim caps and proper trunks are required for the pool. You will need a car as it is a km or so from town. It is very well situated for exploring west Sicily as it is a few minutes from the motorway and 20 mins from Palermo airport, although you wouldn''t know it as it is very quiet."

"Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette villa. Excellent séjour. Piscine très agréable et très bien entretenue. Maison Emeraude tout confort, terrasse où on peut manger très appréciée. Emplacement idéal pour visite ouest de la Sicile (on peut rayonner jusqu''à Marsala et Selinunte en partant pour la journée). Antonio est fort sympathique, très accueillant et très serviable. Adresse vraiment à recommander."

"La vacanza trascorsa nel...

"La vacanza trascorsa nella proprietà di Antonio la potrei annoverare tra le migliori in assoluto, sia per il contesto globale, giardino, piscina, struttura abitativa, affabilità e disponibilità del proprietario, sia per la possibilità di essere ospitati in 22 persone (7 famiglie: 14 adulti e 8 ragazzi) appartenenti ad un unico gruppo di amici che per quattordici giorni hanno formato un''unica famiglia ''allargata'' compreso cene e grigliate anche in compagnia del simpatico Antonio e di Virginia. Un unico inconveniente, che ha creato alcuni malumori ed alcune notti turbolente, è stato lo schiamazzo di alcuni vicini di casa che si sono dilungati oltre misura con un ''karaoke'' piuttosto improbabile e alquanto molesto, sedato a fatica dal sempre gentilissimo Antonio. Il tutto non ha comunque inficiato la bellezza e la serenità delle giornate trascorse alternando mare e cultura. Assolutamente da ripetere."

cadre de vacances très agréable autour d'une superbe piscine bien entretenue et au top de l’équipement. Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire d'une grande discrétion. Très beau jardin permettant de dîner dehors autour d'un BBQ. Géographiquement bien placé par rapport aux sites touristiques

"nous recommandons vivement cette location pour bien des raisons : accueil très chaleureux, disponibilité et écoute du propriétaire, "bons plans" pour faciliter le séjour : visites, restaurants, plages ...excellents légumes du jardin gracieusement offerts par ANTONIO, villa impeccable, piscine et extérieurs très soignés, environnement calme, situation géographique très bonne pour visiter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"I had an amazing time wh...

"I had an amazing time while staying here! The apartments are very comfortable and clean. In addition the surrounding gardens and pool create a very relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the location, only five minutes away from the beach! The owner, and his wife are incredibly kind and welcoming. I would love to come back sometime soon, and recommend it to anyone looking to have a peaceful yet fun vacation."

"Being in one of the apar...

"Being in one of the apartments of Antonio near Balestrate gave us the chance to experience Sicily in a very special way: first of all the apartment was very nice and comfortable, with furniture that are an optimal compromise between traditional and modern, then it is situated in an area, where a lot of things like the Riserva Naturale orientata dello Zingaro, some very nice beaches, Palermo, the ancient cities of Siracusa and so on… can be reached easily and Antonio is also always willing to give you great advice of where to go when – besides he also invited us multiple times to fantastic food, interesting conversations and we always had a helping hand. Also for this was just a short visit of this area I know one thing for sure: we will come back as soon as we can!"

"We had a very pleasant time staying in Balestrate. The villa is surrounded my beautiful flowers and trees and it is very peaceful and relaxing. We also visited many of the local places of interest and the beach is about five minutes by car. The villa has all the facilities for a self-catering holiday. Antonio was a great Host, very helpful with any queries and cooking for us a delicioius meal made from fresh local produce."

Emerald home is a very ni...

Emerald home is a very nice and cosy villa. It has all the facilities you need for cooking and enjoying your holiday. The rooms are very large and the comfortable (with orthopedic beds, long chairs and furniture). The terrace has a superb view. It is close to many sandy beaches and it is also very convenient to get to the famous archaeological sites in Sicily: Segesta, Selinunte, Mozia, Agrigento. I also suggest visiting the medieval village of Erice and the interesting Baglio di Scopello -testimonial of the old rural units in this area of Sicily. Antonio has been an excellent host.

"I spent beautiful holidays at villa, the swimming pool is salted water and natural chlore: very amazing to swimm there ! The garden is plenty of high pine tree and beautiful flowers, the villa was perfectly clean and very comfortable. I want to return back there as soon as possible !!!"

"My friends and I were so pleased with Antonio and staying in the villa in Balestrate, it was so much fun staying in the villa not at all did we fell out of place the rooms were so cosy the kitchen was great and the gardens were so very relaxing. antonio was such a nice host to us he really made us feel at home in balestrate and we all want to come back one day very nice time thankyou to antonio and the beautiful villas"

"Estancia agradable, muy atentos y pendientes de todo. Lo hemos pasado de lo mejor y recomiendo al Sr. Antonio y su casa para los vacaciones en Sicilia. Huesped 5 estrella. Habiamo pasato de le vacance meravigliose in casa del signor Antonio. E una bellisima persona e sempre sta attento a tute lo cose per non mancaci niente, veramente 5 stelle. "This apartment in the Ba...

"This apartment in the Balestrade countryside is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The apartment itself is warm and inviting, nicely decorated, and spacious, with nice balconies offering lovely views. The landscaping and gardens are lush. You can be assured of a comfortable, serene holiday here. You will need a car to go to the seaside of nearby Balestrade."
