Not as advertised

Upon checking in we noticed it was not clean. We swept and cleaned up spiderwebs, dusted, swept baseboards, cleaned toilets, and killed bugs. Mold/mildew on bathroom ceilings, lights out in all bathrooms, one bed sink in the middle so 2 people couldn’t sleep in the same bed. IThe upstairs neighbors had kids and you could hear them running constantly. I will not recommend staying here at all. I will say, I was in constant communication with someone from the company but they could only tell me they would pass along my concerns. I’m waiting for a partial refund.

Great location, but there were challenges

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend in unit 13F. ---The Good: -Fantastic Location. Minutes away from Dollywood! -Check-in and Check-out process were simple with one exception listed below. -Staff called to validate we were able to get into the room. -Overall cleanliness was very good. -Overall communication with staff was great. ---The Bad: -Separate rental agreement required before checking-in and they wanted me to email a copy of my driver's license. This is Personally identifiable information (PII) that needs higher levels of protection. -All Beds were very uncomfortable. One bed was sagging badly from use. ---The Ugly -Walls/floors are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking/moving around. We clearly heard the neighbors above us and they were up past 1AM. -Main bathroom shower, the handle falls off as there is no grub screw to keep it on. The tub backed up immediately as well. This made us question if the tub was actually cleaned. ---Summary -We most likely will not stay at this location again due to the beds and thin walls/floors. We would stay at another Eden Crest property though, if there were none of these issues.

Not a family condo

Not a VRBO condo. This is a for-profit company listing one of its condos for rent on VRBO to make extra money. The Condo is a miss on a lot of big things and small things. The condo was filthy when we arrived. We are a family of 6 including a 1 year old that we let crawl around while we were unloading the car. Her knees and hands were black in the 10 minutes that it took to unload. They came and cleaned a little the next day but she was always dirty after crawling here. The room set up is tough. The are careful to say 3 bedrooms and then a bonus room with the bunk beds. of course the kids want to stay in the bunk beds. that room is directly off the kitchen and does not have a door. so when the kids go to bed in that room, you cannot use the kitchen or dining room for conversation as they are right there. the 3rd bedroom is also only accessible through the bunk room and then you can access the 3rd bathroom. it makes the rooming difficult if you were not just family and used to sharing everything already. The HVAC is not set up properly with how it takes in air and they have a sign up saying that you cannot cool it below 74. the rooms do not have great air floor because there is no return vents in any room. 74 just feels too hot and muggy. The water heater is not large enough for the number of people that the condo is listed for. to help with this, they have the heater turned up WAY too hot. be careful, you will burn yourself. Cozy

I had unit 13F it was very spacious. Everyone enjoyed themselves my only complaint is I went to do laundry the clothes washed just fine but I went to dry the clothes the dryer didn’t work. It would only heat up but not tumble so I had to hang the clothes over kitchen table chairs. Overall I would bring my family back to this location.

Good Location and Clean Property

Checkin was messed up since i was never sent the code. That jist took a call or two but since it was 10pm and very dark with no lights on porch it was a bumpy start. Outside checkin and poor lighting and communication the unit and location was great. We had a church group above us that rehearsed a River Dance segment around 11pm nightly it seemed and that was loud but prob normal on vacation. The last issue was poor communication on check out procedures. J R

Dollywood Trip

We came to Pigeon Forge with a group of 12 and we wanted a place to all stay and be in close proximity to Dollywood! This location did not disappoint! It was so great to be basically across the street. Plenty of room for us all to fit comfortably. Easy check in process. The washing machine was not usable though due to needing a really good cleaning so that was a downside but other than that, it was great. Definitely would stay again.

Family Vacation in TN #1

This was one of the most amazing vacation experience I’ve ever had with my family. We had so much fun and enough room to sleep in without being overcrowded. I only had 3 issues. 1- when we arrived it seems that water was flooded near the hot tub area. 2- the next morning my nephew noticed the ceiling caved in and it has mold on the ceiling. 3- one guest didn’t seem to be mindful of other gussets when parking. He or she would park sideways so others couldn’t park which is a disadvantage for me. However I did call customer service and they were able to fix all of the issues we had except the inconsiderate guest who didn’t care if we had a parking spot.

Hot water

The place is really nice we enjoyed staying except if you hear through the wall is really bad and water stood outside our door where the hot tub was in the worst thing was that we didn’t have enough hot water for the girls to take a bath after one or two people to go shower it was just cold water and we had 12 girls there so water if you need to look at but overall we had a nice day thank you

Very nice place and clean

The first night they were putting the bunk beds back in the condo beside us after painting at 12 at night it was very noisy and hard to get kids asleep was a little frustrating

Spring Getaway

The process was easy. The property was nice, clean, and a good location from attractions around. The only downfall was parking. We can't wait to go back.

First Booking with Vrbo

This was my first time using Vrbo and it was pretty easy booking with them. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here with my family. However, I wasn't aware at first when booking that they were setup like condos/apartments which wasn't a very big deal because the inside looked pretty nice. What bothered me the most though was that in two of the three bathrooms the shower liners had mold like spots on them. When I called the their help desk the lady was very nice and said she'd put the order in but no one ever came to switch them out. In the contract it said they don't refund for cleanliness because they stand by their work but they dropped the ball this time because it wasn't done the first time and then when I called they weren't switched, and it's unfair to us who stayed because we paid our money to not have everything spotless.

Vacation

We had 7 grandchildren and their parents with us, for vacation. Everyone had a bed and it was big enough to spread out. The hot tub was a great bonus when we came in for the night and needed to soak. We also liked the location and being away from the congestion. We will stay again. And recommend it to everyone.

Smoky mountains vacation

We arrived late in the night to our property. Check in was as easy as receiving a simple text message. Once we got in our condo- it was amazing. Bigger than expected and very nice with a Christmas tree decorated. Location is everything when traveling with younger kids and this spot was perfect. Reasonable distance to everything we had on our agenda. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Birthday Getaway!

My family and I rented a condo for two nights in celebration of a couple of our birthdays. The place was nicer than the photos look and location was perfect. We spent the day at Dollywood, a short 5 min. drive from our location and enjoyed the fireworks from our patio hot tub. We plan on coming back and staying again in the near future.

We loved our stay at your property the only 2 draw backs are parking near our location was limited and filled up fast, although there was plenty parking down below but was a steep walk up to condo, and then the pool location was just horrible no one wants to get in their car and drive to the pool.. but even with that we loved it there and more than likely book again.. great experience over all , spacious condos , very clean, everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and so polite.. I would still give 5 stars even with the 2 draw backs, hope to see yall soon

FALL VACATION

Although the leaves didn't quite cooperate. The rental was fantastic. The price, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff were as advertised. The Unit itself was great actually more than we needed. The unit could use a few upgrades, but everything worked fine. If returning to Pigeon Forge in the future, I would definitely, try to book this unit again.

Family Vacation

Stayed here over holiday weekend. Overall the stay was good. We had a group of 12 adults and kids. Layout was not like pictures listed but we made it work. There were two refrigerators but only one worked. Walls are very thin so we could hear the people upstairs walking and talking all night- which was frustrating but not necessarily a deal breaker. Hosts were responsive when called. Location was great- close to the things we wanted to do. Condo was clean and organized. Would stay again.
