Thank you for the review. We are so happy to hear that this property worked out so well for you guys! The beauty of Fort Morgan includes being secluded and set back away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. With that, there will be a short drive to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad check-in went smoothly overall. We appreciate your suggestion regarding a lock box or keyless digital entry and will share it with our team for consideration to improve the check-in experience for future guests. We’d love to welcome you back!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the mattresses. Guest comfort is extremely important, and we understand how disappointing it is to not be able to sleep well while on vacation. Your suggestion regarding mattress toppers is also helpful, and we will be sharing this with the owner and property management team for consideration. We also appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the condo, including the fixtures, décor, window treatments, and kitchen lighting. We understand your concerns about the property appearing more worn than expected based on listing photos, and we will ensure these items are reviewed so the necessary maintenance and updates can be addressed. We’re glad to hear that you did enjoy the beautiful view, convenient access to the bay and beach, and the overall location. We appreciate you acknowledging those positives while still providing honest feedback about areas needing improvement. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your input is valuable as it helps us improve the property for future guests.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing our condo for your red snapper fishing trip! We're glad to hear the layout and overall property worked well for you and your wife. We truly appreciate your honesty regarding the cleanliness—it’s certainly not the standard we strive for. We're addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure better attention to detail moving forward. We're so happy you still had a fantastic weekend, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay next time!

Thank you for your great review! We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay and look forward to seeing you on your next trip to Gulf Shores!

We're sorry that the elevators were out during your stay. They are now up and running again. This complex sustained a lot of damage from hurricane sally and was completely remodeled. They did have a few kinks as they reopened, but everything is running great now!

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. The elevator was working prior to your arrival, however due to tropical storm level weather in our area just before your arrival, the elevator was down for a short while, and we were not made aware of the issue by the association that manages this property. It should be noted that we only manage unit 2202 at this location so the elevator is out of our control. Our office closes at 5pm but we do have an after hours number for emergency issues, but a call was not received on that line. We hope moving you was enough to try to make it right and we hope you decide to book with us again in the future.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Please keep us in mind when booking your next vacation!

Thank you so much! We are so happy to hear that your enjoyed your stay with us! Be sure and check out our great off season rates!

We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again!
